In my opinion, silent meditation is far better than music meditation

I enjoy silent meditation the most, too.

I think so.There is something about just pure silence.Music might be relaxing to listen to,but just staying silent,just with the natural sounds around you is amazing.I have started going outside on the grass to read or just enjoy a few minutes of silence and the only thing that breaks the silence is the sound of the birds.That works wonders for my anxiety.I had to check for a bit of tue video was going.lol

Did I forget to hit play? My laptop battery may have died. How did I forget all of the things I needed to do in these exact 10 minutes? Open your eyes quickly just check... The games my mind plays, I came out on top though, always coming back to the breath, eyes stayed closed.
@inhaledexhaled54603 жыл бұрын
All those anxieties can be fixed with preparation and then if they continue, control. I made sure my laptop was plugged in and that i visually saw the video start. Then at least what you know and what you think are clear!

Started my meditation exercises mark. This one is so awesome to practice. It’s very interesting, to observe what the body will throw up. Itch here, itch there, need to wash my car, the bully in the 10th grade, is my phone contaminated, is my AirPods wet, did I change my underwear, does my girlfriend love me, what happens after death, and many more amazing things my mind can throw up! It’s really cool that I was able to see and feel all of that and then choose to go back to my breath. Near the end I was starting to not only find where my breath was entering and leaving, but I could feel the warmth of my breath through my nostrils. Something I only thought I could feel through my mouth. I also felt more awake after the session. I look forward to implementing this into my daily practices. Would you recommend everyday? 5 days a week? What kind of schedule? Obviously not trying to turn it into a compulsion but I would like to implement it well into my day. Also how would I go about leveling up the time in meditation? What kind of durations do you do mark? And how many days a week? Thanks so much. Meditation has such a bad and distorted rep. It’s so easy to do and has such benefits. 🙂

Just got done and was thinking about how cool it is. It’s almost like being at the movies and seeing all your thoughts on the screen and then the next scene. It’s truly amazing. I know this is late but I have been trying to do at least 10 minutes in the morning everyday, been a huge difference so far. It’s been about a week in a row. Wish you well!

Great meditation, I usually do guided meditations but recently I’ve noticed they don’t really give me enough time to experience the actual meditation because of the taking😂 so I thought I would try this one today. Why Its taking so long, when will this meditation will get over etc etc" ..saying over and over again , But still i continued it and observed it got silent for sometime.. Not the whole time but for may be 30 sec- 1 min it got silent totally.. I hope it becomes more silent by practising everyday.. Thank you for this session.. ☺

It's very natural to find exercise challenging when you start. Mental fitness exercise is no different than physical fitness exercise. If you haven't been lifting weights, it wouldn't be strange to struggle with lifting weights. If you haven't been practicing meditation and learning how to sit quietly, inside of our heads and outside of them, then it's completely normal to struggle with that.
