Sean like you never seen him before. Man, he is way way out of his comfort zone in every meaning but, he did good. He was enjoying that and he definitely got that energy for it. He should do things like this more often, the fast paced videos. Enjoyable team up and yes do try street photography with him using smartphone because then he will be a little into his own zone with it. Loved it.

My favorite thing about this video is seeing Sean smile and laugh. He's always so composed and pensive in his own vids, which works well for him but doesn't reveal this side of his personality. This was an impossible challenge, BTW. Favorite image is guy checking his watch.

Fun vid that underscores benefits of doing your own style, yet trying something different once in a while. You make a good team (or not), but differences are stark. Pierre: “joie de vivre”, run and gun, impulsive, normal exposure, object oriented. Sean: “stiff upper lip,” lie in wait, pensive, expose for highlights, light oriented. Like Sean’s shoot from chest and turn technique - will have to try that one. Perfect practice within one’s style makes for better images. Knowing the venue also helps when it comes to street photography. 🐩 vs 🐶 Next time in Paris under Sean’s rules.😄

both, enjoyable and stressful. A great exercise in impromptu and fast-paced mechanics to hone your skills and display your worth. I think it matters not that the results are 100%. It is a means to an end in displaying technique, vigor and 'point of view'. The 'guerrilla' techniques to capture the shots are something I personally grapple with as a 'shy' street photographer - but this was worthy and memorable to watch as normal with "photographers' on the street dealing with normal people's reactions to a camera. I understand that sometimes you need to step outside your comfort zone to get an interesting angle or point of view. Well done and I would love to see more of these as a counterpoint to the usual Sean 'calm magic'

Wonderful surprise seeing my two favourite KZbin photographers unplugged and RAW. At first, I thought it was going to be a stacked challenge pitting a rapid-fire maniac against the competitive perfectionist, but I if you really want my opinion, it ended as a dead heat tie for best (or the worst in this case) and I think the next instalment should be the tie-breaker where we get to see both doing it the way you normally work separately, or with the other observing and critiquing, and with more time to complete the challenge.

7, 8 and 9 were definitely the top. Shooting on street in Manual mode frightens me that I'll miss the moment. I prefer shooting in Aperture mode, setting the minimum Shutter speed around 1/200 or so (depending on the kind of photos I'm planning to take) and leaving ISO at auto. If I'm going for people, I use the A9 and the 85/1.4 GM. For places, I take the A7Riii and the 35/2.8 Zeiss.

Hi Sean and Pierre just crazy for 10 minutes but yes there are preferred styles shooting into the sun and using gaps and subjects creating in shadows. Safety shots maybe ? Love it " we are only human" comment from Sean and Pierre time frames what and how we work shows very different approaches. Burst shutter mode wait a minute just put icing on the cake why and how people now gather there shots. Great fun and interesting challenge . We find the light hearted side coming out and just getting out there and not over thinking. It reminded me of a painter with a clean canvas! It's the first brush stroke that's the hardest from there on your imagination fills the canvas.
