Scallions in the States, as far as I know 🤷♀️. Your dish looks yummy 😋 Thanks for sharing! 🎉❤😊 Gonna pre-order your new book right now 👍🏻 Can't wait to come visit the Happy Pear next time I'm in Ireland 🇮🇪 ✅️

I visited Ireland in 2017, it was wonderful. When we stopped at Greystones to get lunch at the Happy Pear the twins were opening a new location in Dublin, drats! We had a nice lunch though. You will love Ireland. Our first week was on a rented canal boat. We went from pub to pub. Sadly most of the pubs serve fried or fast-types of food, but some are really good. Our second week was spent traveling the Republic of Ireland, I felt I would be happy living there. We never made it to Northern Ireland.

Scallions are from the Allium fistulosum plant, which is a bunching onion that does not form a bulb. Green onions are from Allium cepa, the bulb forming onions. Green onions are just a very early harvested bulb onion.

What a gorgeous plate of food, yum! Could I sub the coconut for a cashew cream (or store bought soy cream) instead? I have one of your cookbooks already (which you personally signed for me) 😁 Will have a look at getting the new one too 👍🌱

Of course. It'll taste a bit different but if you like the flavor coconut milk imparts, add a tiny bit of coconut flavoring to your cashew or soy cream.

Hey guys! I have all your books and am just wondering, Is this one vegetarian or vegan? Also, is there a lot of recipes in the new book that would be in your other books?

Looks wonderful. Tempeh is made with fermented whole soybeans, not soybean curd. Completely different from tofu.
