Welcome my friends to this weeks guided breathwork session. In this video I introduce a new technique (very old) designed to help improve our concentration and focus. In a time of social media doom scrolling, we need to take action to step away from that and empower ourselves with the ability to focus on what we need to do in this life while also connecting with our self and our internal world. I'm in awe! 🤩This and your 45 min. DMT breathwork are BY FAR the best techniques I ever practiced in my life. With this one in particular, I noticed that my sight improves right after (my vision gets blurry as the day goes by because of school and screen exposure for +/- 12 hours daily). Also, I love the sort of tingling in my brain and the temporary blackout that occurs while holding my breath; it feels like an ecstatic, overwhelmingly euphoric reset. Thank you, @BreatheWithSandy.

Love and blessings dear Sandy: I simply adore your content here (as all your followers, I assume :) First time I sat with this technique today and staring at my neck throughout the practice, I noted that my glance was moving downwards so I decided to stare at my mouth and during the last round, I saw a white layer around my head and should (I did the exercise in front of a big mirror): this was amazing 🙏🏻🎶☀️💕

I feel it's safe to say with relative certainty: My life had changed, since me and your channel found each-other. For years I've been practicing mindfulness meditation, vipassana, - types of meditation practices that focus on the present moment and use the breath and body, as they are - as an anchor.
