I'm in awe! 🤩This and your 45 min. DMT breathwork are BY FAR the best techniques I ever practiced in my life. With this one in particular, I noticed that my sight improves right after (my vision gets blurry as the day goes by because of school and screen exposure for +/- 12 hours daily). Also, I love the sort of tingling in my brain and the temporary blackout that occurs while holding my breath; it feels like an ecstatic, overwhelmingly euphoric reset. Thank you, @BreatheWithSandy.

Love and blessings dear Sandy: I simply adore your content here (as all your followers, I assume :) First time I sat with this technique today and staring at my neck throughout the practice, I noted that my glance was moving downwards so I decided to stare at my mouth and during the last round, I saw a white layer around my head and should (I did the exercise in front of a big mirror): this was amazing 🙏🏻🎶☀️💕
