my neck muscles are gone by the end. Its hard for me in particular to maintain that hollow hold. I might sub a facing down core routine maybe at the end. I notice that my quads feel weak while doing some of these like the scissor. Is there advice to help me. Is it my form, or I just have weak quads (probably) Some tips to help my upper quads or my hip flexors.
