I've been doing a lot of lower abs with this video and others but I can't begin to tell you how many times I've sworn at this dude through my phone. The 12 minute intense chest workout had me swearing just as much. Highly recommend.

The short 10-12 min focused one muscle group workouts are the hardest ones for me, especially abs. The pace is what's brutal,...really hard to keep up. Great stuff.

I’ve been doing a lot of lower ab workout, and i just found this one. This one is probably the best one i’ve ever tried! It gives not only sweat, but also that soreness.

these short 12 min routines works for me, makes it all doable. A diff youtuber did a 30 mins routines without timmer or speaking a word, that was awful and my neck was stiff staring at my screen

Is there any way you could do some videos about how to get the most out of these? I.e. I just learned to keep my lower back hard on the ground and it changed everything

Great question. Let's use crunches as an example. You'll exhale when crunching up and breath in on your way down. In through your nose and out through your mouth. The same breathing can be used throughout your workouts. Chest press -- exhale at the top of your lift and inhale on the way down. Hope this helps!

This was an optional workout you could do between days 3 & 4. But you can always add an ab video to the end of any workout.

Head over to the Community Tab and I’ve posted the schedule for the entire week. The workouts are Mon - Wed, rest Thurs, workout Fri, rest Sat, then workout again on Sunday. We’ll repeat that schedule for 6 weeks.
