Add more power to your punch and kick by following the techniques that I demonstrated on the video. By regularly practicing the routine, it will give you an extra boost on your kicks and punches. Thank you for your comment... To answer your question, yes,, Only with constant practice can you develop your foundation and strengthen your body both internally and externally. You can control the difficulty of the routine as I mentioned on the video. I hope I answered your query... By the way, did you find the routine easy to follow? Which part was difficult?
