4:37 - Choke is an old reference to carbureted vehicles. My dad installed a manual choke on our Oldsmobile wagon back in the 80s. It allows modulation of oxygen entering the combustion chambers - it literally chokes off the oxygen as needed, so it's a proper analogy. Everything is fuel injected now, so chokes are obsolete. The joke lives on, but fewer and fewer people get it.

Choking a vehicle is how you start certain vehicles. Sometimes you need to push a button or hit the gas a few times before you start it. This is mostly used on lawnmowers and weed eaters, but sometimes we had to do this to a vehicle, and that’s called “Choking the Vehicle” they don’t really do that as much anymore because everything is automatic now, it was mostly done on standards. But Rockstar used this as a reference to be dirty. Its hilarious lol
