I struggled when my thought was self criticism but could t figure out what bucket to put it in. But then realized that wasn’t the point. Peaceful and calming. Thanks!

I also have found great benefit from The Way. I have studied in one of the same traditions, Sanbo Zen, as Henry and we have a teacher in common. And I think that matters very little. What does matter is a sort of linear progress on paths and trails that builds a perspective on your practice, internal/external experiences, and the nature of who, what and how we are. Thanks Henry, Tim, and fellow travelers...

This is the first meditation i've made it through without either giving up or feeling as if I have failed. Thank you.

Many thanks, Henry(and Tim, for facilitating). Currently listening through "One Blade of Grass" and giving The Way app a try, enjoying both quite a lot. It feels...secure to have a guide for once, especially after years of off again/on again practice and recurring issues with anxiety and depression.

Excellent meditation. I've been going through a stressful time recently and feel completely relaxed after listening to this! Really great way to compartmentalise our thoughts

Can’t see it but possibly a seiza bench, a wooden bench for your butt with your feet tucked under.
