Regarding a tummy tuck, only you can make the decision that's right for you. I am absolutely gonna have one as soon as I can take off of work. My one year is 4/14 and I wear a size 4 pants/27. And a small and I would rather have the large scar then the rolls that are there now.

You’ve made great progress! You look amazing and eventually you will start to feel better. It may take a little more time. B12 nasal spray really helped boost my low energy and I feel great. My weight is going down but I need to work on getting more sleep, eating more veggies and exercise. I struggle with quick nutritious meals. I do not have a lot of time to spend in the kitchen. It was good seeing you and congratulations on your progress!

Thank you so much. I hope I can take B12 to boost my energy. Same I also need to sleep more and learn to make quick nutritious meals but I am working on that.

Really good to see you! What I can say is. I completely relate. And you will actually feel better if you eat better and work out. I know you don't feel good so it's hard to get there but you will feel better after you do it.

As an "overweight" and not obese person for most of my adult life. I made a major effort losing 27kgs within 6 months doing OMAD (One meal a day). I treat myself to chocolate once a week. I mainly eat protein (Meat, eggs, butter), limited carbs and fats I'm 1.71m and weigh 53 kgs. I don't want to lose more weight. I don't have much excess skin from my weight loss, so I won't have any surgery.

My surgery is coming up very soon. Please advise me how to prepare for it. Not only eating wise but mentally/emotionally because I am getting a bit nervous about it. Also I hope everything gets better for you and congratulations on your journey so far.
