I know this wont be in the list, but I remember this 2K16 glitch I had on Xbox 360. I was playing MyCareer against the Spurs that still had Tim Duncan. As they are going through the layup line, I see a whole bunch of tall light-skin PF's on their bench and their jerseys were phasing in-and-out of their warmups. Lo and behold, there were 7 Tim Duncans glitched onto the team. It was like Agent Smith from The Matrix. You could hear the announcer say "Here's Duncan, passing to Duncan. Duncan inside." 😂. Happened in another game against "The Carmelo Anthony's", too. Maybe that 360 was cursed, idk

I don’t know if it’s really a glitch or just a natural quirk of how the AI is programed, but I’m a big fan of GTA IV’s Billboard of Death. There’s a billboard Niko can climb up and if you stand in the right spot while the cops are chasing you, they’ll follow you up and almost immediately plummet to their deaths. One after another, they just keep coming and coming for as long as you have a star rating. Easily one of the funniest non-intentional things I’ve ever seen in a video game.

Red dead 2 also had a horse glitch that would cause me to get charged for horse theft when getting back on to my horse in random towns... happened to me several times, absolutely infuriating because it's MY FREAKING HORSE!!!!

There's also weird little interactions like being unable to take fall damage while vomiting, so you can eat a bull reed while standing on top of a bridge and safely spew your way down to the ground.

'GTA4' devs said that the swing set glitch is pretty much impossible to fix cuz there's very little one can do to pinpoint the problem in the Physics Engine cuz the PE is so complex that the number roulette has so many variables making up the launch.

One glitch I remember was playing Red Dead Redemption while on the a mission to rescue Jack from a Bear. Instead one Jack there were two jacks and one was freaking out (Making crazy faces) like it knew it wasn't supposed to be there during a cut scene. It happened in the Summer of 2010 and that's was first and last time I saw it.

I remember 'Super Play' magazine managing to create a list of more than 10 glitches just from the SNES game Final Fantasy 3/6 alone. Not necessarily hilarious glitches. Though some were undeniably game breaking and thus quite amusing at least.

I think the "Lukewarm" reception for Saints Row before launch was probably more the fact there was a black woman on the cover and in the reveal trailer than anything else. It's a pretty common way to get review bombed and tons of KZbin dislikes

I remember i was playing Pokemon scarlet and violet with a friend and in just 1 hour of playing it, we had like maybe 8 glitches or so? Like pokemon popping up out of nowhere on top of us, his charcter floating in mid air, stuff like that. Well, i was trying to battle every trainer in one area and right after i finished talking to a trainer to start the battle, a Tauros (for those who don't know, its basically a three tailed bull) spawned on top of me and started its own battle with me, crashing the game. We had to do the whole process of reconnecting and when i talked to the same trainer, i heard the cry of Tauros again. Luckily no bull manifested itself into existence and i managed to battle him with no issues. The fact that his name was Kev made that situation a bit more humorous but still, that shouldn't happen again.

Spinning head glitch in fallout was caused by drivers in GPUs. It didn't happen in NVIDIA GPUs, only in Radeon GPUs.

The Saints Row reboot must've been based on the PC port of Saints Row 2, where (amongst other things) driving too fast would cause all the textures to disappear. There's a reason you can't buy it anymore.
