If you were to revisit this (again), I think the loathsome Dung Eater is worth a mention. Dude's a self described defiler of corpses, and he tends to do pretty nasty stuff to the living as well, more or less implanting curses through the back door.

Fun fact: One of the main antagonists from Stephen King's epic fantasy series The Dark Tower(and many, many connected works)is Walter O'Dim, or the Man in Black, an immensely powerful wizard(of sorts) Given these books were started decades before The Witcher 3, a lot of us Dark Tower fans like to think CDPR drew inspiration from that material

I was always weirded out in Pokemon by a NPC on board the SS Anne who would say "I like fiesty kids like you" 😳 And honourable mention for Eddie Low from GTA4 that guy is disturbing.

I think the fairy tale girls in pokemon may be a refrence to the myth of changelings. Changlings myth was basically fairy like beings who took the place of human children, sometimes explicitly theyre said to be old dying fairys basically retiring to be cared for by a human family as they would have cared for their human child. The stories of these myths are super distrubing too as often real people belived they could force the fairy to bring back the real baby, by seriously harming the child they believed was a changeling. nowadays we know theres no such thing, and its likely these children were disabled in some way and the parents saw this as a sign they were inhuman. Pretty sure i may have experienced such a fate had i been born back then, i stopped sleeping at 1 year old for days 9j end, i still have these symptoms today but managed by medication, in the past i may have been thrown in a fire!
