List of the top 10 fabricated or weak hadith. 10. Allah told the angels to destroy a city, because the people were doing bad deeds. The angel says, "oh Allah one of your worshipers is there in that city. He never disobeyed you once." Allah responds, "Flip the town on him" or "start with him because he didn't show his displeasure for those sinners even once." 9. the prophet pbuh said: "Whoever tells the people Ramadan is here first, the hellfire is forbidden from them. 8. Narrations about the age of Khadijah RA when she married the Prophet PBUH. 7. Revelation temporarily stopped early in the Prophet PBUH's prophethood, and the Prophet PBUH would climb a mountain and want to throw himself off. An angel would come to stop him from doing so. 6. A Jewish woman used to throw trash in front of the house of the Prophet PBUH everyday. One day she stopped doing it, and the Prophet checked on her to see how she was. She was sick, and she asked how did you know I was sick, and he responded, "the trash stopped." 5. There was a battle where the Sahabah were trying to get into a fortress. They couldn't and started to use the miswak to brush their teeth, and the inhabitants of the fortress thought, the sahaba were sharpening their teeth to eat them, so they gave up. 4. Ali RA was in a battle fighting one of the mushrikeen. He was able to overpower him and was about to kill him. The mushrik spat in his face, and Ali walked away because it would have been out of personal anger, and not sincerity. So then the mushrik accepted Islam. 3. Omar RA one day laughed then cried. They asked why. He laughed because in the time of jahiliyah I used to make idols out of dates, then when I got hungry one day I ate it. He then explained he cried, because again in the time of jahiliyah he was burying his daughter alive and she was rubbing the dirt out of my beard, then I completely buried her. 2. The differing among my Ummah is a mercy. 1. Seek knowledge even if its in China

@@TheQuranExplainsItself you might aswell disregard history then. As history is just written records of events....Better yet, disregard your mother as your mother. Because without a shadow of a doubt, the only reason you believe your mother is your mother, is because you were told she is your mother. I.e. it was REPORTED to you from an authentic source that your mother, is your mother. You did not do any DNA testing to prove to yourself she is your mother. So now, I want you to go to this woman, whom you have called mother all your life, and look her in the eyes and tell her, you don't believe she is your mother. Then when she asks why, give her a valid reason for her to do a DNA test to prove she is your biological mother. If she is dead, I'm sorry. But now, you'll have to do some research to find out if she was actually your mother. Let me guess, you're going to collect narrations from people that were around during the time of your birth, and you will listen to their version of events and see if all those reports can confirm to one rational story. Then you can confidently say that your mother is your mother...hmm, this process sounds a lot like hadith science! Btw, NOT ALL HADITH ARE SAHIH. just like how you wouldn't accept a random guy saying you were born on a Sunday, when in reality you may have been born on a Monday. And no hadith scholar ever said hadith is true, hadith science filters out true statements of the prophet into many categories like strong, weak etc. It even distinguishes reporters are liars, or accepted/trustworthy etc etc.

@@TheQuranExplainsItself no, DNA test is not enough. Because for that, you have to trust the doctors who are doing it and take their testimony. So you have to do the test yourself. Liberalism is symptom, cause is bida, solution is Sunna! in 1680 Uthmanis were at peak but exiled salafis & then sufi bida them divided until they were sick man of europe, infiltrated by tyt to secularism, while Salafis build a sharia nation, Saud in laws are Bani Tamim, in hadith hard on dajjal! Quran 24:55 ties Tawhid to safety! Even today Salafi lands despite flaws are safe, while in sufi and shi'a high grave worship lands get colonized. We must worship Allah alone and learn Manhaj Salaf, to build our din as thats what pillars do! Our 5 pillars are outward symbols that refute the other religions, like in bible Ibrahim and Jesus did Sujud, Israel built a kaba in genesis 28, Isaiah 6 :6 they kissed stones for forgiveness etc. Even in hinduism, the final avatar Khalki is Narashamsa or praiseworhty which translates to Muhammad peace and blessings be upon him and describes him uniquely as born in sanctuary or haram and went above the heavens like miraj and received revelation in a cave like surah Alaq etc. 6 pillars of Iman to guide other Muslim sects! Like Asharis error on Allah's Sifat, all 4 mathhabs and 6 hadith imams were Athari. This also lead to sufis miusing hadith of dreams to pass bad fatwas against Quran 5.3. Ashari errors opened sufi errors in hadith dreams to think they can change and divide the religion away from Quran and Sunnah! & lead to sufi grave worship similar to the shi'a who deny the Sahab or Quran they compiled! 5 pillars of sharia to guide society as physical proof for the liberals! 1. din - atheism built 0 civilizations! Allah made us needy pairs (Quran 36 :36) to show He is 1, ( Quran 112 :1) and not 3 or more. 2. Life - Eat halal and tyyib and do wudu! Ibn Taymiyyah said all deviant groups including karijis have non Muslims behind them, today is no different. cia backed iran in 79 who took in exiled alquida! 3. Mind - Islam is preserved and teaches to verify info. Even Sci-ence method is based on. 4. Family - ppl aren't born Qom Lot, Modesty and nikah are basis of society, we learn Taqwa and modesty in Ramadan! 5. Money - Zakat balances wealth, we don't squander it, Quran 2 :275 etc.

Weak hadith should not be conflated with the fabrications. The only weak hadith that should be warned against are the very weak ahadith. Hadith da'if (with the exception of very weak hadith) in general according to the muhaddithin can be used for targhib(encouragements) and tarhib(warnings) and fada'il (virtues/merits).

Weak Hadith is not the same as a fabricated Hadith. Fabricated means it’s a definite lie whereas weak suggests that it has some weakness in it but we can’t say for sure that it is not from the prophet. So the danger is you could say the prophet did not say this because it’s weak but there is a possibility that it was from the prophet and so in saying this you have inadvertently attributed a lie to the prophet.

Jazakallahu Khair for the interesting video. But please note there is a difference between fabricated hadith (mawdu') and weak (dai'f) hadith. Fabricated hadith is when a narrator in the chain is known to be a fabricator whereas when it comes to weak hadith a narrator in the chain can be known as negligent, an open sinner etc. We don't take fabricated hadith of course, but some scholars have allowed the use and practice of weak hadith as long as it does contradict strong hadith and of course the Quran. I think its wrong to use the words fabricated and weak interchangeably.

It is actually a sahih authentic hadith. sunnah.com/nasai/25/20 : It was narrated from Mu'awiyah bin Jahimah As-Sulami, that Jahimah came to the Prophet (ﷺ) and said: "O Messenger of Allah! I want to go out and fight (in Jihad) and I have come to ask your advice." He said: "Do you have a mother?" He said: "Yes." He said: "Then stay with her, for Paradise is beneath her feet." Grade: Sahih (Darussalam) Reference : Sunan an-Nasa'i 3104 In-book reference : Book 25, Hadith 20 English translation : Vol. 1, Book 25, Hadith 3106 I think the one that is weak mentions that Paradise is AT your mother's feet. Guys, read I what imam muslim said about da'if hadith. See Sahih Muslim and read its intro as well as its first chapter. I'm not being extreme but it's correct to stick to Quran and only the Authentic hadiths. Cause the risk of otherwise is not worth. Imam Bukhari, Imam Muslim, Imam Tirmidhi, Abu Dawud, AL-Nasa, Ibn Majah with great caliber work so strict for authenticity. Can we outdo them.

The reason is mostly because they blind follow their teachers and elders, without establishing if what they were taught is factual

May Allah reward you brother but first 6 minutes could be removed or made shorter for keeping the video to the point and short. And about the age of Khadija RA, Sheikh Yasir Qadhi did mention that there are some evidences suggesting she was 28 or older but not younger. The evidence is from historic events happening around Prophet Mohammad pbuh and more. Please refer to this video kzbin.info/www/bejne/Y3bbc4SFbNh0jbs So this brother saying that we have no idea about her age is probably not entirely correct. This creates a problem for me to entirely dismiss some of these so-called "weak narrations" because some evidence might be there but brother is completely dismissing them.

11. 9 out of 10 rizq (sustenance) comes from business is also dhaif 12. another hadith about rizq. “Four things that stop the Rizq (sustenance): sleeping in the morning”: it was narrated from ‘Uthman ibn ‘Affan (may Allah be pleased with him) from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) that he said: “Sleeping in the morning prevents some provision.” This was narrated by Abu Na’eem in al-Hilyah, 9/251, but it is a very weak hadeeth. See: al-Silsilah al-Da’eefah by al-Shaykh al-Albani (may Allah have mercy on him), 3019. And it was narrated with the words: “Do not sleep and miss seeking your provision between Fajr (early morning) prayer and sunrise.” This is also very weak. See al-Da’eefah, 6991. With regard to the phrase “Four things increase provision,” in which regular charity is included: something similar was narrated by al-Daylami in Musnad al-Firdaws (1/47), with the wording: “Seek help with provision by means of charity.” But this is a da’eef hadeeth. See: Da’eef al-Jami’, 818, by al-Shaykh al-Albani.

The "weak" hadith number 7 regarding the Prophet S.A.W. attempting to commit suicide and being stopped by Jibreel, spoken about from around 9:00 can be found in Sahih al-Bukhari volume 9 Hadith 111. www.alim.org/library/hadith/SHB/111/9 The story can also be found in many books of Seerah including At-Tabari and Ibn Ishaq. What is the evidence that this hadith is weak, and was Imam Bukhari wrong for including this Hadith in his Sahih?

Summary of "10 Most Common Weak Hadith": 10. The supposed hadīth where Allāh tells the angles to destroy a city and, they, the angels, state that a worshiper lives there. Then, Allāh commands to begin the destruction with him. (6:00). 09. "Whoever tells other people that Ramadan is here first, then hellfire is forbidden for him." (Fabricated hadith.) (7:15). 08. No authentic narrations state the age of Khadīja (ra) to be forty (40) at the time of her marriage to the Prophet (saws); different ages-25, 28, 35, 40, and others-are all mentioned. (7:42). 07. The story about the Prophet (saws) trying to throw himself off a cliff after revelation stopped for a brief period and an angel telling him not to do so. (8:50). 06. The story about the Jewish individual who would throw trash at the Prophet's (saws) doorstep and could not one day due to falling ill. The Prophet (saws) visited the individual and seeing the Prophet's (saws) character, the individual accepted Islam. (Fabricated story.) (9:55). 05. The story where the companions could not penetrate an enemy fortress; hence, they remained outside and began using the miswak. Misunderstanding the companions' action, the fortress dwellers thought the companions would eat them; hence, they let them in. (Fabricated story.) (10:57). 04. The story where Ali (ra) was about to kill a man, and the man spat on Ali's (ra) face, which caused him (ra) to walk away because he did not want to kill out of anger rather than sincerity. (12:28). 03. The story about Umar (ra) burying his daughter(s) alive before Islam. (Fabricated story.) (15:07). 02. "The differing among my ummah is a mercy." (Fabricated hadith.) (16:22). 01. "Seek Knowledge even if you have to go as far as China." (Fabricated hadith.) (17:43).

10, 9 I never heard at all. 8 is surprising though :( But this proves that we don't know for sure how old many ppl in those days were. Even Aisha RA said, she was 9 or 10 when she consummated her marriage, according to the hadiths. But some ppl mention that Asma, RA, was 10 yrs older than Aisha, RA, where do they get that? No 4, I've never heard that one either. I guess, don't take hadiths from just anybody online best lesson learned. This type of DEBUNKING video is very important! Thank you so much.

We should take note that the majority of ahadith today which are extremely weak (da'eef jiddan) or fabricated (mawdoo') seem to share a common theme which is to nurture a defeatist mentality into the hearts and minds of ignorant Muslims and to establish the false notion that cowardice, fear & weakness are signs of patience, humbleness and taqwa when in reality, this could not be any further from the truth. How can anyone believe that the Sahaba would allow the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) to be oppressed by a Jewish neighbour continuously without any consequence ?.. How can anyone believe that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) would tiptoe around whilst crouched forward with his hands behind his back, starring at the ground, apparently to show 'humbleness' when 'Ali (radiAllahu anhu) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) would lean forward as if going down a decline when he walked, meaning that prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) would walk in a courages manner whilst pushing his feet hard into the Earth in a powerful manner. How can anyone believe that the Muslim sitting in the comfort of his own home, performing 'Jihad Al-Nafs' by avoiding eye contact with the news lady on TV be greater and more beloved to Allah than the Muslim who has left his wealth and family behind in order to defend and assist the oppressed Muslims via Jihad fisabilillah ? How can anyone truly believe that in all the battles, the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) would only use his sword to block any strikes but would never actually strike or kill anyone himself, despite the Sahaba narrating: "When the battle grew fierce. By Allah, we would seek protection by his side, and the bravest among us was he who confronted the onslaught and it was the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ)." [Sahih Muslim 1776] The fabricated concept of 'turn the other cheek' does not exist in Islam yet has sadly found its way into the hearts of many Muslims and sadly even our jum'uah khutbas. This humiliating defeated mentality will sadly continue to grow and spread if the Mashaykh do not take action and begin teaching the Muslim's about the status & honour which Islam gives to a person, about what al wala wal bara actually means, its importance and how it should be implemented etc. "Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah ; and those with him are forceful/severe against the disbelievers, merciful among themselves." [Surat Al-Fath 48:29]

Assalamualaikum brother. I have a questions about gusul is confusing me a bit. Allah knows my intentions. Allah taught us how to make gusul in the Quran " if you're in a state of janaba, take a bath." Plain and simple. I love that. I'm sure i read how our prophet did gusul was known through a well known Shahaba asked our mother Aisha and other wife as well,How our prophet pbuh performs gusul, i know the details and I'm sure you too knows. My questions is why the Shahaba didn't ask our prophet directly that would more appropriate, and respectful. instead he goes to Muhammad pbuh wife for a delicate question like that . That is bothering me a lot I'm not of those who reject hadith but i don't follow it blindly either.that's why i seek clarification. Now I'm thinking maybe the shahaba asked her because after Muhammad pbuh pass away, but it doesn't make sense because how the shahaba who report that hadith was performing gusul while our prophet was alive and among them. Please brother i you could answer my question I'll really appreciate. Peace be with you.
@look4yourself6505 жыл бұрын
Walaikum assalam brother, You actually made curious statement: "'Im not of those who reject hadith but i don't follow it blindly either". As far as I know, accepting or rejecting a Hadith has primarily nothing to do with the content of the Hadith, but with the chain of narration. If the chain of narration is sound, then the matn (content) is looked at according to the Usool laid down by the Muhadditheen, extrapolated from the Quran and the Sunnah. Just picking and choosing based on whatever feels right or not is not something one cannot utilize, since feelings and intellect vary from one person to another. (Maybe see: islamqa.info/en/answers/604/justification-for-following-the-sunnah and islamqa.info/en/answers/115125/ruling-on-one-who-rejects-a-saheeh-hadith) And the Hadith you are talking about are in Sahih Bukhari and Muslim, narrated from Aisha radiallahu anha and Maimuna radiallahu anha, wives of the Prophets ﷺ, which are authentic by consensus of the Muslim Ummah. Generally, I do not think that you should bother with questions, such as why did they not ask the Prophet ﷺ directly and so on, since: 1) You do not know whether they asked him directly or not. Actually, there is evidence that some of the Sahaba asked him ﷺ directly as well (see point 3). 2) It should not make a difference, since there is no shyness in getting knowledge, as Aisha radiallahu anha stated: The best of the women are the women of the Ansar. Shyness would not prevent them from inquiring about religion and from acquiring deep understanding in it. (Abu Dawud 316, also see Muslim 322) 3) An Ansari woman asked the Prophet (ﷺ) how to take a bath after finishing from the menses. He replied, "Take a piece a cloth perfumed with musk and clean the private parts with it thrice." The Prophet (ﷺ) felt shy and turned his face. So I pulled her to me and told her what the Prophet (ﷺ) meant. (Bukhari 315) Other narrations have that the Ansari woman asked how to clean herself with the cloth, so the Prophet (ﷺ) observed: "Praise be to Allah, she should cleanse herself." and he felt shy to go into details. Then Aisha pulled her to herself and told her to remove the traces of blood with it. In the same narration she asked him about the ghusl after sexual intercourse. The Hadith states: She then further asked about bathing after sexual intercourse. He (the Prophet ﷺ) said: She should take water and cleanse herself well or complete the ablution and then (pour water) on her head and rub it till it reaches the roots of the hair (of her) head and then pour water on her. On that 'A'isha said: How good are the women of Ansar (helpers) that their shyness does not prevent them from learning religion. (Muslim 332) So the Prophet ﷺ told the Sahabia how to perform Ghusl himself, but you notice how shy the Prophet was. That is nothing curious, since he ﷺ said: Faith (Belief) consists of more than sixty branches. And Haya (shyness, bashfulness etc.) is a part of faith. (Bukhari 9) And the male Sahabas knew full well that the Prophet ﷺ had this much shyness. Also, sometimes the Sahabas would get shy asking about a specific matter as well, as can be seen in various Hadith. 4) There is nothing wrong with someone with less knowledge asking someone with more knowledge about something, especially of that someone is at the position of your mother(!) and has the best knowledge about something - since the person has seen the process with their own two eyes or knows about it better than others, because the Prophet ﷺ could talk freely to her about it without feeling too shy. Abu Musa al-Ash'ari narrates: There cropped up a difference of opinion between a group of Muhajirs and the Ansar...I got up (and went) to 'A'isha and sought her permission and it was granted, and I said to her: 0 Mother, or Mother of the Faithful, I want to ask you about a matter on which I feel shy. She said: Don't feel shy of asking me about a thing which you can ask your mother, who gave you birth, for I am too your mother. Upon this I said: What makes a bath obligatory for a person? And she replied...(see Sahih Muslim 349) Scholars mention one of the benefits of the Prophet marrying Aisha radiallahu anha at a young age or having many wives is, that much needed information that is normally related just between the two spouses in the house could be disseminated through them being many, and living a long life. So a core part of a Muslims life - the married life and rulings and Sunnan regarding it - could be related to the Muslims. And having a false notion of shyness and what is appropriate or not, could lead to many problems, for example what happens in many countries in which people think it is too inapproriate to ask about matter concerning married life and so they commit major sins in Islam, only because they were to shy to ask whether this was permissible or not! Finally it was a duty upon the wives of the Prophet ﷺ to disseminate such information to the people, as Allah told them to remember whatever of the Quran and the Sunnah was mentioned in their houses: And remember what is recited in your houses of the verses of Allah and wisdom. Indeed, Allah is ever Subtle and Acquainted [with all things]. (33:34) I hope that this answers your question, and be peace and blessings upon the Prophet ﷺ, his household, his companions and whoever follows them in good. Assalamu Alaikum wa rahmatullah.
