Well That's your problem, I hope you have excuse to tell God on Judgement day why you left a religion that preach love against the one that says fight and kill those who doesn't believe in Allah. While Jesus warned against killing or being unfair to your neighbour. Hope you can explain to God why you can't seek God fervently and pray for the Holy spirit to Guide you when you face challenges in Christianity. But you seek to go with the religion that is two faced, because they know it is not acceptable they are now trying to fix their errors

@lumi1689my bro, I do not understand. What I was looking for before I came across this video is to know when Hadith begins to be classified? Because I believe during the time it was written they are not classified. It is until the modern age that those things are not practical they begin to be classified

*How scholars check the validity of hadith* : Let's analyze almost 15 centuries of scholarly literature, filled with meticulous details of the chains of narration, the biographies of narrators, the opinions and analyses of early scholars, etc. *How "progressive" muslims check the validity of hadith* : Let's see if this hadith conforms with the 21st century Western liberal values that I grew up with, and whether or not I feel that Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessing upon him) said this. The crazy part is, they'll accept any historical accounts from Western academia regarding pretty much anyone, such as ancient Greek figures (some of which was preserved by the same muslim civilizations that produced Islamic scholarly works, lol), but they'll reject almost all (or all) historical accounts of the Prophet (peace and blessing upon him) and his companions.

it is not crazy that people deny the hadith because the history of the Jews and the Christians proves it to us. we know as muslims that their scholars have changed the message, why should it be any different with us now? it was always the scholars who wrote the books. just hear how a scholar talks about the earlier scholars: a great, knowledgeable, very intelligent,... scholar. why did the Jews and the Christians change the message? what was their motivation?

This is an informative video. This demonstration really only shows that hadith authenticity is concluded by the scholarly forefathers of hadith literature. It's interesting that the school of thought of the narrator accused of lying is mentioned. If I recall correctly, the mu'tazilites were a hated school of thinkers and were accused of innovations (bid'a). But these accusations were objections made by their opponents, them same ones who concluded about the reliability of the narrators in question. So, it is reasonable to infer that they could have been biased in conclusions of these narrators. Now, to erase any motive of bias would require to study their reasoning for how they concluded these narrators were lying. What is the evidence that convinced them thus? I suppose that can be found their works.

A very commendable thing to do. However, what is missing is to have an Hanafi aalim, ask him his justifications for this practice, share your findings with him and ask him what he thinks about them. If the Hanafi aalim is right, you might have missed something. If he is wrong, he might have missed something.
@israfilangel80623 жыл бұрын
Brother actually You're the only one who missed something! The sheikh's point here is not arguing against the practice or the way of prayer itself! he clearly said you can make it three or two and one at the end because it's been reported on the prophet that way.. watch at min 0:53, what the sheikh was addressing is that saying "there's consensus among the scholars that witr is 3 rakaat in a row", that is wrong because the person who said that to the sheikh in the masjid.. he relied on a fabricated report from a book of al hidaya which relied on a weak reporter as it was demonstrated on this video. You can say it's is justified to pray them like that but saying there's "a consensus" about something when in fact it's obvious that there's no consensus on it, this is wrong. So to make it clear, the sheikh's point on this video was about whether there's actually a "consensus" about it or not and he proved that there's no consensus but the practice is valid just like all the other different madhahib
@HajjiJesus3 жыл бұрын
@@israfilangel8062 You got that right. We grade hadith by the Isnad or chain. Hadith could have 19 weak chains and 4 Authentic ones. We dont say all are correct. We say these are weak and these are strong. The weak ones have witnesses, etc. but we don't elevate the rank of weak narrators because they got a support in a hadith.
