Tom Brady was a big proponent of the Principle of Marginal Gains. I remember an interview, back when he was with the Pats, where he said "all I try to do is improve 1% every day. Every morning I ask myself, 'what can I do today to make myself a little bit better than I was yesterday?'" Now that I think of it, Julian Edelman also said more or less the same thing, and credited Brady for turning him on to the idea.

Also the hair is awesome. I took a page from your book and have a capsule wardrobe of clothes I wear at home exclusively to look good for my husband. I look like Julie Holliday in the movie Born Yesterday (1 of the greatest movies of all time) I am comfy but look awesome. I used to just walk around in decade old pajamas when I was home😮 I also went from 2 haircuts a year to 9-10 because a good haircut is essential to my capsule wardrobe, just like good sleep and washing my face with the Korean method which is easy to afford since the only make up I wear now is lipstick. We are FI now so your helpful habits on appropriate spending has been a game changer for our happiness😊

Thinking about decision overwhelm made me think of why I love traditional French bistros so much. The 3 course menu of the day is already already laid out and I only have to make one or two choices, not consider the whole menu. This lets me relax and save all my mental energy for the wine menu! 😂

I usually buy my clothes at Costco (Costclothes) but was really excited about Lestrange bc I like a no fuss wardrobe. It’s only menswear, I dodged a purchase 😅

Your portfolios pretty good, but it’s overweighted toward large cap value. Maybe try getting a small cap mid cap value ETF in there.

The cycling analogy saddens me. It totally ignores the jiffy bags, the lies, the testosterone orders and so much more. It's not where there's smoke there's fire - the whole velodrome would likely have been on fire with what BC and Team Sky were likely up to. Otherwise, love the video as always.

Inflation has a greater impact on people's cost of living than a crashing stock or housing market, resulting in an immediate and tangible effect. This explains the current high level of negative market sentiment, and our need for assistance in surviving this challenging economy. The financial markets have underperformed due to fears of inflation, causing stock and bond prices to plummet. Despite sounding basic, consulting a financial advisor has enabled me to outperform the market and achieve a profit of $850,000 since June 2022, making it the ideal approach to enter the financial markets today.
