I got to see the last Subspecies Movie at Horrorhound Filmfest Last Year!!! Denise Duff was in it too

I went specifically to Horror Hound, I believe it was Cincy, to see the premiere of the new one, but, ended up not able to go because our hotel didn't have electric! We ended up going back home after a few hours at the convention. We did get to walk around the con before we left. I saw Anders Hove sitting at the table but, I was too shy to go talk to him.

Subspecies!? Yes! You're list is very similar to what mine would be.... instead of Warlock, (never watched it much), mine would have been Night of the Demons from 89. Castle Freak was another surprise to see, Italian horror as well, Evil Dead is by far my #1 watched, you are a true horror fan from the same era as I, I can tell. Death metal and black metal mentioned as well, I'm in love... Anyways, great list, just subbed.

Have you seen Otis it’s awesome It’s about a fat pizza delivery guy who kidnaps young girls and tortures them to be his gf and there is a twist ending It’s really good horror with lots of gore I love warlock movie too I love most of your picks my most cozy movies is the Shining

@@firesatmidnight Yes, Evil Dead the musical. It was a blast! The cast members super soak the audience with red kool-aid. It's no longer playing in Las Vegas, glad that we got to see it before it shut down.

@ScottShedd123 wow, that sounds killer! We went out to LA a couple of months ago to see the Evil Dead museum in Burbank and it was shut down permanently the weekend before we got there! 🙄The timing. Ugh! They still had the whole place made up, just looked like they were closed. But, nope. Gone.

I think I have seen 2-3 of these movies. A couple nights ago some random movie popped up on Netflix called “It’s Alive” from 1974. Not saying it’s great, but if you like the horror films from the 70’s it’s worth a watch, and The Sentinel from 1977. A huge cast in that one & you may not look at Beverly D’Angelo the same again 🤣

Phantasm, Evil Dead, Demons all classics. Movies that can be rewatched many times and never grow old. Love the soft spot in your heart for Full Moon Pictures!! What a cult label! 😃 Straight to VHS was absolutely awesome back in the day!!

Yeah, they were! I think what stood out to me about Full Moon was the behind the scenes interviews with the cast and directors at the end of the movies. Even the makeup up artists! Wayne Toth worked on Subspecies, who went on to work with Rob Zombie. It really felt like they LOVED working on that movie.

Really good and entertaining video! Eli Roth and Sam Raimi…There’s some legends for you. ‘Silent Hill’ and ‘Evil Dead 2’ are two of my favorites. How about Rob Zombie’ ‘Lords of Salem?’ Very cozy movie, especially for RZ. Love the horror talk. Just subbed and I hope to see more!

I still have the VHS’s somewhere! 😄Of course, I’m streaming them now. I liked the new one, had a different vibe, but, still great. I like how they brought the Vampire Journals connection into it.
