Working out on a Leaps and Rebounds trampoline can be incredibly effective and fun! Here are some of the best workouts to try: Cardio Jumps: Simply bouncing up and down is an excellent way to get your heart rate up and improve cardiovascular health. Try incorporating high knees or alternating between low and high jumps for a more intense cardio session. Jumping Jacks: Perform jumping jacks on the trampoline to add a fun twist to this classic exercise. The added bounce increases the intensity and engages more muscles. Core Exercises: Use the trampoline for core-strengthening moves like seated twists or leg lifts. The instability of the surface forces your core to work harder to maintain balance. Squat Jumps: Combine squats with jumps to target your lower body. Squat down, then explode up into a jump. This move enhances leg strength and power while boosting your cardiovascular fitness. Mountain Climbers: Place your hands on the trampoline and perform mountain climbers to engage your core, shoulders, and legs. The trampoline's bounce adds an extra challenge to this dynamic exercise. Burpees: Add a trampoline bounce to your burpees for an extra cardio and strength challenge. Start with a regular burpee, then jump higher off the trampoline for a powerful finish. Balance Exercises: Practice balancing on one leg or doing balancing squats on the trampoline. The bounce helps improve your stability and coordination. Overall, the Leaps and Rebounds trampoline provides a fantastic, low-impact platform for a wide variety of workouts, making exercise both enjoyable and effective.

Was good .I try to do little bounce after every workout just for a little extra so this was perfect today after my strength session and I subscribed to see what other bounce workouts you have as I like to switch ot up everyday. Although sometimes I am able to incorporate it into my regular workouts as I find it much easier on my joints so I try to incorporate it with everyday workouts .I just started and I absolutely love it for sure

Question, I can not locate an app that accurately gauges calories. I used to run 7 miles a day & my pacer app counts the steps on the rebounder but the calories are way to low/ inaccurate. If i jog non stop for 20 min on a rebounder it claims 150 calories. That’s not possible. If i jog for 20 minutes straight i burn around 300. The apps i do find just offer goody routines & classes. I simply want accurate gauging on a rebounder. Can you shes some light on this? Thank you:)

When you first started the rebounder did your legs hurt?

My legs were definitely sore when I first started. If your legs are more painful than sore you should check your form and rebounder to make sure it’s nothing more serious.

Just fyi - NASA hasn't done "tons" of studies. They did one in the 1980s and measured 20 men on a giant backyard trampoline, not a small rebounder. It is a good workout, but its misleading to say its the same as a 30 minute run.
@ReneeLynne7 ай бұрын
I’m sorry you feel I am misleading I truly don’t mean it to sound that way. Thank you for your information. The health benefits of rebounding are astounding and no matter how many or when the study was done from NASA there are still many other study’s that confirm that. Thank you. 😊

I’m sorry this didn’t work for you. I have a variety of beginner workouts on my channel. A handle bar is a great option for beginners. As I always say make every work your own, safety should be your upmost priority. Everyone is different.
