Spray can propellant is usually Butane or Propane, over time they may degrade rubber and some plastics. Hand pump spray bottles are an alternative.

I agree, the BRP seadoo spray is the only one i will ever use for this reason. All the other ones you get from the fishing store ive heard do that to your rubbers

Great video guys. I only ride in fresh water, would you still recommend I follow these steps or do youhave any other tips for me? Thanks

with fresh water the whole process isn't as important as salt is the real killer of anything mechanical. That being said, this whole process only takes us around half hour so our advice would be crack a beer and learn to enjoy the process haha.

Thanks for the tips! Do you guys ever use a product like Salt-Away?

Hey mate, We recently got salty captain and it does speed the process up abit. Although I’ve been flushing my ski for 10 years without using any salt away etc and haven’t had any issues. Obviously it can’t hurt to use it though and we do use it on the new boat.

Yep they have them but will only let the water out thats sitting in the bottom of the hull and not water sitting on the engine.
