Excellent video with some very vibrant and stunning foods. Braised goose with chef's cutting skill and plating, fishball noodles, raw seafood salad, traditional mushroom and vegetable filling pie. All definitely looks delicious.. The huge pot at 18:33 and 18:36 looks very inviting... Fried or grilled fish soaked with secret sauce and mango slices maybe?

That final dish of rice, sliced grilled meat, gravy and vegetables, reminded me of the final dish that Stephen Chow cooked in his comedic kungfu-chef's cooking competition movie (he added a fried egg there as a complement). Don't really remember the movie title, but both that movie and this video did feature the same style of ultimate winning dish in both ending parts. I laughed out on this unplanned similarity 😂.
