I got a level 10 cv called Iperia. It is huge. Has monster hangar space, shields, warp, 8 cannon turrets, i changed some of the cargo boxes for controllers. It has an advanced, large, and small constructors. If you want a mobile base to start and explore it really is amazing. Has all amenities too. Garden, medical, stove and fridges. I was amazed with it for a level 10 cap vessel. I can't remember at the moment who made it, but I'm going back to thank them for the ship. I'm level 22 and still using it. Just travelling around and exploring. I can land it and just use it as a base. I said goodbye with no tears to my plastic base.

StyLmntz is a much underrated builder, his designs are amazing. You really should check them out from the smallest HV to T4 Tanks, Sv's, CV's to the Immense Class 7 Dreadnought Kamonohashi MK2. Whatever you need you'll find it here.

Really awesome video Spanj. Liked all the designs you talked about. LIked how they were all very different in terms of what you focused on as well. Adding a good few of these to my blueprints. While there were some welll known names in there (and they performed) was nice to see some really good stuff from people I have never heard of as well. Thanks for posting a superb video Spanj. Nice to have you back! :) p.s. As you asked for comments on ships you might have missed, I would add the class of end game ships. Sorts of capitals people are flying as their eventual final main capital. I would warmly suggest my own ship the MCRN Discovery in this category, I truly havent seen anything yet that can match it in terms of firepower/defence/utility all in one, check it out in creative and for fun try and using DM mode to bring it into a new game to see how she fights. Used it to demolish the Legacy in my own games, even has a ground assault mode like your Groundpounder! :)

Spanj, Spanj, Spanj, wonderful Spanj... Another cracking video. This is SO incredibly helpful to see such innovative designs. I used to coodent spel enjneer, now me is wun - so, basically, My brain can build stuff, but seeing real grown up "designers" with artistic talents just astonishes me. I do pop into the workshop and look through things and try them, but it is kind of pot luck. Or I grab something that doesn't work how I expected it to and it is a big disappointment. So, it is great to have you doing guides like this. It is as valuable (and enjoyable) as your tutorials. It is amazing what one picks up just from watching; Ooooh!!!!!.... door on angles!! Whoop whoop whoop!!! (How did I miss that? -I've been gagging for those) Oh! Oh! Oh! Gotta play with LCD projector text codes & animations - LOVE that!!! I'm still rebuilding like the 30th iteration of my CV and keep getting new ideas... I've started all over again many times now. I like building stuff, then I forget to play the survival game - or, actually, never quite get round to getting my ship as perfect as I want - then I get another idea.... so, watching this is like "Nerd Porn" for builders. Spanj i so glad you finally made it back, and hope everything has went as you needed it to go. Hope you enjoyed your time off. I do have a build on a base i need some expert opinions on. I know your a very busy person but would like you to look at it if you get a chance. Now i haven't done a lot Lcd work as that seems to be the thing now days in Empyrion but i do have a T3 Outpost that i'm seeking some advice on and what you think, this has 2 different versions of the base both a totally above ground and one that you can sink into the ground depending on what you like. One of the reasons i don't do a lot of LCD work is that LCDs still take up a full block in the game of which some simple tweaks the dev's could do to make some of the blocks in the game ignore the hit box's, but they don't seem to care instead wanting people to create with a antiquated system of building, Have seen amazing work done this way. But even more amazing work could be done if they just made some of the deco blocks, LCDs' Half blocks, and Trim Blocks to ignore these hit blocks points in the game. Have seen it done in other voxel type games. And there is a block in the game that already does this. So i do mostly compact works, like with my Dauntless CV, and a few things i have put up on the workshop. I'm Disabled and my hands don't always work. But when they do i like to build. I have a few hours in the game. I don't use symmetry to build. Will adding some LCD to this base if i can find the space to do so later then upgrading the ones on the Workshop, I have other works that i will upload later as this takes me a quite a bit of time to get the Pic's and Descriptions in. Minor suggestion. Slower panning when show casing a build. Motion sickness was starting to set in. I could slow the speed down, but then I wouldn't get to hear that cool accent doing all the commentary. :)

I’ve always wanted to see a must have collection of starter and mid game builds for the Project Eden update, since many of the older builds on the workshop no longer work properly now. Maybe one vid each for HV, SV, CV and base? Just a thought from a new player to the game.

They should assign a "value" to each block and part in the game as dollars. It would make it immediately useful how "expensive" a build is. Then, you could have challenges like "Under $100,000 Build," etc.

the rework i just did of your nightshade is a must have. it's phenomenal NOW. before it was kinda shit, but that's because the game changed mechanics right out from under the design you put together several versions ago. i'll upload it to the workshop one of these days, although everyone and their uncle has some kind of rework so it's not like mine is so special. but the base design of that ship you put together was phenomenal. like driving a roller skate! with gatling guns!

@@Spanj Ouch! I enjoy building, but nothing like the prolific scale on which you work - and it has always been a bugbear of mine that we've been having to build on a moving ice floe. This doesn't just affect you (obviously), but I've sub'ed workshop items that don't work any more, so it affects all the other creators who kindly post their stuff - AND the players who are disappointed when these things are borked due to tech updates that they may or may not be able to work out and fix. Suggestion:- Perhaps conserve your time by fixing a few of your more popular subs and consider adding a quick text note to some of the rest - like, e.g. "Thanks for your interest - but This is now knackered because of CPU's, but whip it out in creative mode and bang in an advanced Core and it will still work - if you want to fix it properly and re-upload and put a note here to signpost it - perhaps accredit me in your notes. I'm afraid I don't have the time to go back over X number of vessels" (or similar)

i agree with Baik Telor the kraken is done very well i always thaught some people went overboard in the detailing EVERY single block does not have to be textured it gets very busy when it is. also if by chance you havent saved it try and replace damaged area's when there is so much varied tecturing

Between the Juno and the bloody near free survival bases in this it makes for a pretty easy combo to plop down bases with a HV ready to go on new planets. And by the time you doing that you can just make an upgraded version of the blueprints and just shit the little fuckers everywhere.

“Fukuro” probably meaning “Owl” in Japanese Roomaji, since it has an owl, predatory feel to it. Another meaning of “Fukuro” is “bag” - also apt as it can carry all the stuff you need but nothing really big like a suitcase. Heh.

I bought the game for 20 € after two weeks the game cost 7 €, well, as is normal I was furious, I got this feeling for a very simple reason, I have little money to buy games, and I couldn't ask for a refund because I had more than 2 hours of gameplay and steam doesn't allow refunds, I'm furious with the devs...... There is a modder for the zombie survival game "7 Days to Die" who created the ability to watch Netflix in a base - (it appears in-game on an lcd screen). Anyone visiting his base can have their character face the screen and watch what he puts on. Great for friends coming over and whatever. Any idea if that exists in this world?

Tim88 did really a good job, but the Kraken makes it obvious that there is more then just schedule issues going on with Star Citizen. I all my games since jrandall made the MCRN-Draper-MEC, I have used it in my games. Made some changes though. More storage and weapons, but that is a must have end game carrier for me.
