Good grief! All this time I have been playing this game and I never realized you could deploy vessels in enemy structures!.This is sheer genius! I find the immovable HV eternal fridge useful early game (so named because it runs for a really long time on two small fuel tanks). I will definitely be using some of your creations in future.

I've hand built a similar clone and weapon storage HV outside the zirax station on the moon in case I die. But these ideas are great and I never thought about making them blueprints to spawn from a factory. Great video.

I could see those turret builds being very useful holding the shields at 0 while you run through taking the rest of the POI

Actually, got the idea from a buddy of mine. Eli 'TNT' Jones. He had some sort of deployable HV that I thought was brilliant and asked him if I could make a video about it and publish it on my workshop and I haven't, respecting his decision. But I was then able to make other types of deployables. So the idea was not entirely original, but I made my own. I noticed also after that Star Salvage has some sort of deployable salvage turret. I don't know if anybody else made this public on youtube, and if not, I'm just glad to be able to share this with everyone!

Awesome vid these are so great to have with you I have one with a clone chamber and trauma all in one (I call it "Clonie Boy"). Only thing I think you should mention that some severs have guns under ground turned off so the guns only work above ground but still a great concept also great to take shields down safely if you can deploy them in a safe place.

Heard about the "no shooting underground" thing. But I'm playing on singleplayer so didn't get to test that out. But it's good that its in the comments in case other people face that problem!

Very nice ideas. I built a very small craft with miniguns to fight inside buildings. Also works well. But your ideas a very good. Think i will build my own versions the next time, if you don't mind. Maybe one idea for the cargo container. Wouldn't it make sense to place the core in top of it? So if someones is shooting at the core the container and your cargo will be unharmed.

Since the Cargo isn't powered, it 's never targeted for some reason! But yeah, make your own version if you want!

I was inspired and got the idea about a week a go. I've already seen someone spawn in an HV inside a base, and thought that it would be nice to make my own series of immobile deployables!

Hey'a Rakoona ! I really hate to bother you but I am having a serious problem. I downloaded all your items from the workshop. Then I downloaded some "must have" lists. I finally got enough resources to spawn my first one and most of my workshop blueprints are missing. Alphabetically it only goes down to D in all categories. Evidentially this has been a problem since 2017. I followed all the instructions I could find and it did nothing. Unsubsubscribing/resubscribing makes a duplicate. I also removed all that showed up red. I tried everything I can think of. Do you know how to fix this? If you notice... only a few of your items start with A-D. So I'm stuck. Thank You, ~Mu EDIT: Thought I'd go into Creative and try to pull something to test and my blueprint list is now down to the letter C. That means I can't pull any of yours to try. Please help. Sorry if I'm a pain but I don't know who else to ask.

Hmm, that's weird! Have you tried using the filters? You have them for the type of ship, and you also have filters for your personal workshop items, the ones you're subscribed to, and all workshop item. That should help filter out. My deployables are all Hover Vessels. If that doesn't work, you might need to uninstall and reinstall empyrion. Hope you won't need to do that!

@@Rakoona Yup, that's what I'm talking about each category (filter) only scrolls down to the letter "C" now. So if the name of the blueprint I want to spawn starts with a D or higher, it doesn't show up. I already did a "verification of install" and an uninstall/reinstall. Plus all the "fixes" from the last 5 years online. I'm really in a pickle. lol It acts like there's a limit to how many blueprints you can have. If I add another it moves the list up one, removing the last one that was there. (STRANGE) Well... thanks for trying to help. If you have any ideas at all let me know. ~Mu

Steam limits how many download blueprints it'll show at once (some say 80 other places say 100) but if you put the files in your prefab stock folder you can have an unlimited number of blueprints but you'll want to change the file names or the ship names will be blank on your F2 list

You do realize that multiple people can come up with the same concepts right? I showed rak00na my collection of deployables i created, he liked them, then asked me if he could showcase them and i said sure just come up with your own. And i can promise you i didnt see anyone do it. I came up with every single one i own. And when i showed a very few other peoples this they were blown away. My first one was what i call SAFE SPAWN which is just a core, clone station, and a medical device on its back facing 180 away. Next was a deployable minigun turret which went through variations. I have several others that i can assure you were ALSO original ideas. Nothing is new under the sun m8....nothing. i take this personally but people will be who they will be. Anyway rant/correction over and have a nice day/night.
