Hi, I have a big issue to accept or refuse my managers meeting as The participants don't show in the invite. I cannot see if he's mandatory or optional and I cannot see the conflicts on his calendar for which I have delegation. It mixes with my calendar. In the Outlook calendar, past events keep deleting the next day. For example, I had 3 events yesterday, but when I loaded Outlook calendar today, yesterday is empty and the 3 events were deleted. Any way to tell Outlook calendar to keep all past events? Thank you :)

Hi Michelle, it might be the case that you have activated AutoArchive. To check if it's on or off, go to File, Options, Advanced, AutoArchive Settings. Hope this helps. All the best, Lea

You should cover the Focus Mode option for blocking time vs doing it yourself manually. Focus Mode (if using M365) is fantastic as it will proactively book Focus Mode blocks for you two weeks in advance in an ongoing basis.
