@Trap Town XYX You can get iron and protein from a plant based diet too. It requires eating certain types of plants but it is definitely possible to be 100% healthy on a plant based diet.

Good video👍🏾 but I'll have to disagree with that vegan part. It's sort of a contradictory point to make. It's clear that all of us going vegan would immensely reduce the greenhouse gas emissions caused by livestock, save billions of gallons of water and so much more. They're several documentaries and facts explaining this, like Cowspiracy and so on

I really don't think the vegan one is a myth. Us going vegan would make a huge change, especially when it comes to the ocean, overfishing, animal endangerment and such. So I don't think it should be discouraged in any way.

In practice, I disagree. Many vegans replace animal products such as fur for coats and whatnot for plastic. while this sounds okay at first (no animal has to die for the coat) plastic doesn't last nearly as long and it's not as warm. you have one coat that can last generations vs a coat that might get you a decade or two. Additionally, any new plastics we create end up getting back into our ecosystem killing far more animals. There are other examples too, but that's one of the big ones
