British band-aids (elastoplast plasters) are flat edged :D And they leave sticky debris all over you! But ring reinforcers are cheap and work beautifully :D

Remember those crackle type polishes? Using a base coat or base color on the nail under crackle polish will give a better shattered effect, though, I don't know how many people still use crackle or shatter polish.

Very cool! The first one would be great for those allergic to latex! I would definitely try to use thinner before getting rid of a polish (unless it is almost empty). I love the sugar scrub hack; it never occurred to me that you could make your own! 💖
