Sleep is essential for physical and mental health. It allows the body to repair and rejuvenate itself and helps to maintain a healthy immune system. Adequate sleep is also necessary for the proper functioning of the brain, including memory consolidation and the regulation of mood. Lack of sleep can lead to a variety of health problems, including obesity, diabetes, and an increased risk of heart disease and stroke. It can also affect cognitive functioning, making it more difficult to concentrate, learn, and make decisions. To maintain good health, it is recommended to get 7-9 hours of sleep per night.

1. Realize the importance of Sleep

Lack of sleep and reduced longevity is related. Identifying the importance of sleep and following a regular schedule of sleeping hours is mandatory. To induce quality sleep, it is helpful to darken the room; restrain from viewing electronic devices and consuming caffeine drinks. A comfortable bed and suitable sheets; room temperature maintained at 18o C; having a bath with warm water; consuming warm milk; meditation and breathing techniques are helpful. నాన్న ను చూసుకోవడం, పెళ్ళి తర్వాత పిల్లలను చూడ్డం, అమ్మను చూడ్డం నేను ఎప్పుడూ సరిగా నిద్ర పోలేదు. ఇప్పుడు bp, నిద్ర రాదు మాత్రలు six years నుంచీ వాడటం తప్పలేదు. ఐతే కలలు ఇష్టం కానీ మాత్ర వల్ల కలలు లేవు. మీరు చెప్పినవి ముందే try చేసా కానీ, మాత్రలు తప్ప. వేరే దారి లేదు. ఆ మాత్రల కు కమిట్ అయ్యానని అసహనం. మతిమరపు వచ్చే ప్రమాదం ఉండొచ్చు దారి లేదు 😔 ఇప్పుడు టైం 11.25pm ప్చే 😔

Varalaxmi Garu, thank you for watching the video. The water intake for women recommended by scientists is 0.33 ml x your weight. If your weight is 70 kilogram, you should drink 2. 31 litres. Generally women need minimum 2 litres and maximum 3 litres. If you do more physical activity like gardening or gym, you can drink some more water. Drinking excess water dilutes fluids in the body which is not good
