Excellent....I am the target audien...learned what not to do .....and what to to do. Take away from this is is...I should not to the victim of dehydrated one . My intake of water is 1 or 2 glasses per day is my bad Changing my water intake habit.

Eating Whole grains with more vegetables, stopping eating sugar, taking any two fruits daily, consuming 3. 5 litres of water, sleeping not less than 8 hours per night, taking sufficient protein foods , doing some physical exercise and being positive solve many health issues. Thank you, Murthy Garu for watching the video. Except tea and coffee you can include juices, milk, butter milk and java. Caffeine in tea and coffee dehydrates the body. If you drink more than two times , drink an additional amount of water equal to them. The real test is urine should not be dark in colour. It could be white or pale yellow.

Water: is one of the elements in nature- and it sustains life. Our thirst must determine our consumption of water. Taking care to stay hydrated, we must not resort to over hydration. This may lead to sodium electrolyte imbalance. Severe dehydration and over hydration both can be fatal. Approximately each individual should consume about 2-3 litres of water per day. Thank you, Samuel Andrews Garu for watching the video. You should drink your weight in kilograms x 35 ml per kg= 76 x 35= 2 litres 660 ml. Around 3 litres. If you do any physical exercise or move in the sun more you can drink 500 ml more. It includes juices, butter milk not tea or coffee.
