You are the most important influencer to your children about dealing with life 3. Focus and connect your children with love of ALLAH and Prophet Muhammad SAW, teaching children silatul istikhara 4. Teaching children about ALLAH’s qadar and how can they apply it in their life to deal with uncertainties 5. What life msg are you sending your children from your own life experience Parenting strategies (from current video) 6. Discipline and Routines are grounding for children and parents(for example writing everyday work routine and plug it in specific time in specific day… waking up on time, breakfast time, class time, dinner time, wifi usage etc) 7. Teach them how to deal with emotions (BIG ONE), accept the responsibility of experiencing the emotions which means I will take care of myself and will figure out how I will deal with emotion, I wont wait for people to fix it for me… 3 step strategy to deal with emotions (26:00) feelings are information so work on how to deal with them 8. Encouraging mind and body activity such as prayer is one it, wudu, walking in nature, exercise, hobbies, organizing 9. Embracing mistake and failure which means teaching children how to learn from their mistake, avoid the blame on children and putting him down 10. Minimizing screen time
