No one knows what the market will do, those who claim they know are either lying so they can take your money or genuinely delusional about being able to predict the future. Educate yourself by reading… “The Intelligent Investor” and “I Will Teach You To Be Rich” are good places to start. Learn about dollar cost averaging. Be wary of high fees, especially from actively managed funds or advisors who work on percentage. Be aware that people can have different titles that have no relation to any accreditation or if they’re actually a fiduciary (gtfo if they’re not a fiduciary). Don’t gamble on individual stocks (other than for fun) - there’s a reason why Warren Buffet wants his wife’s investments after he passes away to all be in a simple index fund.

I would check with someone on the tax concern there. IE: Vs. Rolling into another property..... taking a loss on the money due to taxes and then again in the market could be dicey. Are there ways to transfer that without the tax implication

The key to keeping subscribers in the subscription model is offer something realiy good at a really low monthly cost to the point where they dont even see the charge because its so low and you offer alot. A subscription that costs $5-$8 mo and you have 10,000 subscribers adds up bigtime while keep offering value to them and most will stay subscribed.
