In this video, I'm going to share some lesser known/obvious features of Pipedrive you may have missed:
1. On the mobile app, you can create audio notes that get transcribed into text.
2. Use the contact timeline to see a history of interactions with each client (I have an entire video on this).
3. Set individual deal probabilities to help with revenue forecasting.
4. You can rearrange your sidebar sections if you prefer certain information near the top.
5. You can whitelist multiple email addresses in case you need to forward emails from different addresses.
6. You can report on other metrics, not just deal value. e.g. commission (I have an entire video on this).
7. You can set up products. But did you also know you can create variations (this is enabled in the settings).
8. If you're on the Professional plan, you can make custom fields required. Great for improving reporting.
9. Schedule emails to send later.
10. You can bulk edit information from the list view.

Hi Paul, I am new to Pipedrive. Your videos are fascinating. The company sells a service to prospective companies on behalf of a manufacturer. The company charges their manufacturing client for qualifying a lead, then for onboarding the product. That is the point at which the client is run. Once onboarded, they continue to sell and charge for further individual account management services throughout the year. How would they manage these additional products in a pipeline structure as these activities occur once the initial Win has passed? Does this require a separate pipeline? Hope you can assist-Thanks

hi Paul, is it possible to set up an pre-set (default) duration for a product? For example, when I'm selling my product, I sell it for 10$/month, so the price is 10$, but it is always for a duration of 24 months. My question is : is there any way I can set a specific product to a specific duration, without doing it manually each time?

It's worth noting that you can't whitelist an address that has another pipedrive account associated with it.
