Thanks, glad the videos are useful. When you create an activity, there is an option to add a location. Once you have Zoom integrated, you can choose Zoom as the location and this will be included in the calendar invite as well.

Hey Paul. So when we have a sales cycle which usually has 3 meetings after contact (reach out - 1st meeting - 2nd details - 3rd closing) and then a bunch more steps to actually onboard them, would you have all the meetings in one stage and use activities? Can i get accurate reporting if i do that?

Yes, that's probably how I'd do it. That way you can report on the total activities/meetings completed.
