This will be so helpful for me, on my next trip to Paris. Gluten decided to super hate me since February. I’m working to improve this, but while on vacation, I try not to challenge my stomach. I also try to eat healthier, to maximize my energy. Many of these spots are what I look for. Merci!

Oh, I wish this had been released last week! We just returned from Paris and I would have loved some of these recommendations for my newly restricted diet. Oh, well. My husband and I met Colleen in front of Le mur des je t'aime. She is just as charming in person as on the videos and we thanked her for all the extremely helpful videos. I think I saw in other videos that Paris was not too familiar with GF food and/or cross contamination so I was pleasantly surprised to see this video. Everything looked amazing. Trust me, I would not chose to be GF if I didn’t have Celiac. However, I taught myself how to make delicious GF puff pastry, cakes, cookies, breads, bagels, scones, crab Rangoon’s, egg rolls etc as I missed all my favorite foods. Thank you! 👍🏻

Thank you so much for doing this video. We've been vegan for 5 years and I was concerned we would have difficulty finding things to eat while visiting Paris in the Spring. Only one place (Land & Monkeys) was on our dining list and we even looked for lodging that was in between 2 of those locations so we would have food. After watching the video, I kind of wish we had stayed closer to some of the other places since I feel that you didn't love Land & Monkeys. But the 3rd will be a nice area and we will still have a great trip. Thanks again!

Love your videos and this one is especially useful, as I have a celiac daugther. Quick question (s'il vous plait), do regular eateries, restaurants (like the creperies, takeaways, those sort of things) have one GF option in there, or is it more a case of finding the GF places to have that option. I know most restaurants in many countries offer a GF option as a 'just in case' scenario. My daughter especially likes eating 'what everyone else is eating' rather than feeling like a sore thumb. :)

Hi we just bought your guide, thanks for that it is very informative as are your videos. Unfortunately a common issue my partner (who has coeliac) experiences is people lumping gluten free (which for people with coeliac is due to a life threatening condition - it is not a lifestyle choice) with vegan and vegetarian food (which are valid lifestyle choices but not because of a life threatening condition). We would love to see a guide to which restaurants, bistros and cafes have good gluten free options - we accept that most places, as this guide shows, will not be 100% gluten free but if they have good gluten free options that gives us a wider choice than just having to accept putting up with just vegetarian/vegan restaurants (as we are not veggie). We have found a few ourselves but they all seem to be Thai or Italian, we can eat that in the UK so really want French food while we are in France and are definite foodies, we are in Paris next month ourselves and looking forwards to a long weekend away.
