Don’t know if this is correct but I do a full body rugby strength program MWF and my polymerics/conditioning is Tues/Thurs. I’m in off season also hope this helps

How much sets and reps and how i know that im progressing

For the extensive plyometrics 2/3 sets of 10-20 reps for the big jumps 2-5 x3-5. Volume can be one way of progressing but with Plyometrics progression is also about increasing height or distance, reducing ground contact time, or adding in multi component or movement plyometrics
