Hi Alex and friends, I too used to suffer from acne. Two (unsponsored) tips I learnt through my teen years that really helped me 1. Only drink water (and limit sugar/alcoholic drinks) 2. Washing clothes more regularly, you sweat all day in a tee shirt or hoodie and the odour and moisture bad for your skin, I used to go 3 days wearing the same tee but now I wash them every day. You will also smell better

This is really solid advice. I used to not put any thought into my outfits, buzzed my own hair, and was around 40 pounds overweight. I was probably like a 4/10 attractiveness and had never had a girlfriend until age 23. I really thought I was just ugly and had bad genetics. Then I started working out and got in really great shape. I have substantial muscle mass now. More recently, I started being more mindful about the way I dress and also started a skincare routine. I got a legitimate barber and keep my hair longer now since it’s one of my nicer features. Now I’d rate myself an 8/10 attractiveness and have a super hot girlfriend. I’ve even had people on the street randomly tell me how lucky I am. All of my girlfriend’s friends tell her how attractive I am. It’s incredible what a few lifestyle changes can do. I realize now that most people aren’t inherently ugly in their genetic appearance; they just don’t maximize their potential, which holds them back.

Number 11 should be this: Its very cheesy or whatever, and at the same time its so true. Find something you love and spend as much time as you can doing that thing, if you can, make a career switch that makes you more happy, not a career switch that makes you more money. If you feel happy, if you are happy, and you do things that make you feel good, your physical body will represent that. That doesn't mean you don't have to exercise or shower and just lay down and play video games all day. It means that you need to actively do things that make you feel good, and once you get that ball rolling you will pick up a lot of good habits, and its a snowball effect from there.
