Thanks, John. I haven't slept a night through in almost 40 years... everything I can do to improve that is appreciated. Edit: OOOOOO, the ChiliPad! I live in the same place you do John, and do the same AC settings as you mentioned but THIS is something I'll try, for sure! Thank you 🙏🏻

My aunt has arthritis and it causes her pain even at night making her sleep a major problem. Since she tried the hapbee device, she can't do without it anymore, it changed her life so much that she gave me one. I noticed its effect after the third use. Before I woke up 5-6 times a night having chronic fatigue during the day now not anymore, I really recommend it to everyone, it has several aids that the device can offer

I've slept on a grounding pad for over 10 years. It does help sleep quite a bit. You can get one for about $20 on Amazon. The newest one I got after the old one started falling apart after 8 years is bigger and works just as good for less than half what I paid for Dr. Mercola's grounding pad about 10-11 years ago.

John, that red light is BRIGHT! Just use a dim red christmas tree bulb in a night light, you can see just fine if you need to get up. I sleep with my head towards the middle of the room, away from the wall to avoid an electrical wires, tried the grounding, years ago but had no luck with it. thanks

For the red light bulb, you can get a "painters lamp" that will fit it for aappx $10. It has a large clamp on it that you can attach to anything or will then allow you to swivel/direct the light.

Blacked out room with window open to get fresh air. (Depends on how the air quality is outside your home, may be better or worse than indoors with air filter, especially if lots of smog/smoke from fires)

NO NO NO non n no no no no no..no....on the grounding thing..... People have smart meters..and the "wiring" is poisoned DE pulsing constantly.......and so pluggin iinto their walls is far worse than not. So, it's not advised to use grounding.........for many. Turning off the breakers.......is best....not plugging the body "in" to dirty electricity. Sleeping next to the walls (which are alive with dirty electricity ...is also not advised). ONE smart meter on the other side of that wall is known to putting a person into a coma. First is to check if you have a smart meter on your place, that's first and foremost. All the rest stems from that. Having thet cell phone ANYWHERE within 50 ft of you, airplane mode or not, (and if you have "wifi" of any sort....is frying your brain and makes no sense with all the other mitigating attempts). Metal frame bed/ furniture and water blanket thing, next to the walls/wires in the walls, along with all those machines being "on" and things plugged into power, and a cell phone and ?? possible smart meter and wifi, etc etc? .....all that would electrocute me to death, being electrically sensitive.

You do a lot, some would say, extreme things to keep you healthy, are you sick or something? I was also paranoid about diet, it turned out, that all my health problems were caused by unexpressed, trapped emotions, I realized that many... gurus, paranoid about their diet and health, may have the same problem...
