In commander, you are more likely to target yourself with Curse of the Restless Dead than an opponent. Put it into a zimone and Dina deck with Awaken the woods.

Manabarbs deserves every point you gave it. In cEDH and Commander this enchantment will draw out removal 9 times out of 10. And in that 10th scenario, your opponent just dies digging for an answer. Seems good. We need more ways to punish card draw in commander. Would love to see a card that shuts down surveil and turns it into scry or other similar keyword debuffs.

I have a Christopher rush signed mana barbs. When I was really young I saw him at a convention and got him to sign a mana barbs instead of a lightning bolt. Regret that but still love that mana barbs and cherish it
