I would add at least two more reasons. First, she helped convince John to hire Allen Klein as the manager of the Beatles. This led to the final conflict with Paul who would not accept Klein as the manager. Paul had to sue the other Beatles to prevent Klein from having control of their income. Later, the other three admitted that Paul was right about Klein. Secondly, she was jealous of Paul's friendship with John and kept them apart.

When I was in New York, the tour I was on stopped by the Dakota Building, before we headed across to the Imagine memorial. As we were making our way over, a lady being pushed in a wheelchair comes past. I looked at her for a split second before looking away. I thought "she kind of looks like Yoko". Next thing I know, everyone turns to look and it occurs to me this is Yoko. The odds of us crossing paths like that, right across from the Dakota, was surreal.

My view is John wanted a 50/50 creative partnership with Yoko so if John was going to be in the band Yoko was going to have input. So its John pushing for Yoko to be involved with the recording session for white albums onward. As I look at the Get Back film its obvious to me Yoko is there because John wants her there, at times she looks board or indifferent to what's going on and John is pulling her into the mix. It took a lot of guts for Yoko being unmusical and now asked to mix it up with the Beatles... I think John kind of set her up.

Augustine first FYI before Cavern Club there was CASBAH, the Beatles started there. As for why people hate Yoko I would add two more facts. First, a few weeks before John died he wrote a postcard to Julian but never sent it to him. After John died Yoko auctioned the postcard. Julian said that he had to use money that he inherited from his father to buy it. Second, John bought a house in Liverpool for his sisters to live but they never lived there, a cousin and an uncle lived there but it was meant for the sisters. When John died the sisters asked Yoko for the house because it was the only thing that he had bought for them and Yoko said NO. When the cousin moved out and the uncle passed away Yoko sold the house. She is just DISGUSTING.

I read Cynthia Lennon's book & she recalled an incident where she was inside a limo with John. Yoko must have been stalking them because she had the nerve to jump into the limo & this was before she was with John.

I'm not a Yoko admirer. I feel she was very entitled because of her upbringing in Japan. I've always viewed her as very controlling and manipulative. I believe she and John were deplorable in how Julian was ignored as a child and later after John's death, left out of his inheritance. I feel she was ruthless but so was John but in different ways. He enabled her conniving. With that said I will add I also believe she was hated because she is Asian, just as Olivia Harrison is hated by certain Beatles fans because she is Mexican American. IMO some of the hatred of Yoko (and Olivia) is actually racism. But Yoko was not a nice person in her younger years.
