Yes doc ang daily routine ko sa pg tulog 10:30 pm ay talagang nagigising ako ng 6 or 7 am, kahit weekend po talagang nagigising pa din ng maaga. Kahit minsan medyo late na matulog ganoon parin ang gising ko. Keep safe po!! 🙏👍

Isa sa pinakamadalas Ng stress ay... pocket ache...Yung walang Pera kulang Ang budget walang pangbayad Ng kuryente,tubig walang bigas ulam.tas Yung walang kape tapos walang pambili naku lakas maka stress Nyan.

Tama po kayo DOCTOR GARY, ako ay matutulog ng 8:00 pm at nagigising ng 2:00 am. at ang ginagawa ko nagrorosary na ako at nagnovena nang maaga. One of my intensions are for world peace, world healing, for all the souls in purgatory and other daily intensions. Praying for you guys na hahabaan pa ang ating buhay dito sa mundo.

Good evening, po Dr. Sy. Maraming marami pong salamat sa program ninyong ito. Na confirm ninyo ang mga bagay na naexperience kong panghihina. Una paginom ng gatas at pag kumain ako ng kakanin( masarap kasi) ay nagigingsluggish ako dahil sa panghihina. I’m probably lactose intolerant , at too much sugar is also not good. Iba kasi pag Doctor ang nagsasabi, dahil kung member ng family, o kaya kaibigan ang magsabi, mahirap paniwalaan. So I’m grateful sa inyo. Thank you so much, God bless!

Hello Dr.Gary ,ang ganda po ng topic mo ngayon, 80 years old na po ako, pag gising ko sa umaga ay nag iisip ako ng gagawin ko sa araw na iyon, nag lalaba ako ng sarili kong damit, namamalengke at nag luluto..at minsan ay nag tratravel pa ako alone..less sweet food, mostly fish and vegeutable in my diet less meat , so what you disccus today . 12-28-2021 is very helpful to me.You are great for us,keep up the good work....I do lead a simple life and my faith is also a factor for being healthy.Thank you !!!

Thanks for a very clear explanation! Once, I felt tired knowing I haven't done any work or house work. I realised that I haven't eaten lunch thinking I'm still full from my big breakfast! Lol. I keep myself fit as I am now a senior! Hihihi 😊

Hi doc. More blessings sa iyong program gabay. Nakatulong ka sa Akin ng marami sa mga advice mo dahil madali ako mapagod sa mga simple na gawain sa bahay. Ako nga Pala si Nida Poja dok 68 yrs old dito sa Cotabato City. Matagal na ako nakikinig sa iyo ng sa radyo pa kayo. Ang Wala na kayo sa radyo nalungkot ako at inisip Kung saan na Kita marinig. Salamat at binigyan ako ng celpon na touch screen at nakita ko Ang iyong gabay sa U-tube. Ngayon nakita ko na kayo at sinabi ko na Bata pa Pala kayo at gwapo at mukhang Chinese talaga.

Gud pm doc grsy tulad ko 75yrs diabetica2 lagi gusto ko mga 3hrs silyaupo 3 or4hrs sumasakit buong parts body katulad ko kasi nakapamper ihi ng ihi di makatulog tapos manhid kamay right paa right side malamig left hot ito po problem ko saka may depresion antiety pinaglalabanan ko harinawa pogumaling lht binangit ninyo felling ko kaya god tutulong sakin hnd po ako sumusuko god bless po slmt

Thank you po Dr Gary. Lumakas ako sa pakikinig sa inyo. Ngayin alam ko na kjng bakit lagi skong nanaghihina. Mga panibagong kaalaman na naman ang aking natutunan. Sikapin kong gawin ito lahat. Napakabuti nyo at patuloy kayong nagbibigay ng kaalaman sa mga taong nakikinig sa inyo. Napakalsking tulong ito sa akin at dalangin ko na patuloy kayong pagpapalain ng Pznginoon at bigyan pa kayo ng mahabzng buhay. Ingat po at hanggang sa muli.

Ngayon na pandemic tayo parang nagiging madalas ko nararamdaman ang sakit ng sikmura every 1 am ako nagigising dahil sa sakit kaya hangang umaga na d na ako makatulog. Salamat po. Anong araw po nyo mapapalabas abangan ko po. I'm 72years old na salamat po. God bless you.
