Running is not cheap. The kit ( track suits, shorts, dryfits, rain kit ec) , smart watch, shoes - 2 good quality pairs at least. Unless you plan to run just like that.

Really? That's an interesting point. I read several studies for almost every one, from higher energy to better sleep. The only one I may have been hyperbolic about is that you can run anytime, anywhere 😁

@@Fitnessdy it’s true that running can be hard on joints but professional runners always do the strecthing beforehand and afterwards.Also yoga helps with it,it’s just important to do stretches and there’s no problem with that.Joint problems can happen if you run every day for too much time (30 minutes is recommended). I also highly disagree that it can get repetitive and boring.I could go on and on,i’m a runner myself so i felt Like i needed to comment lol 😂
