Some things to mention, disc 13 has two parts, one of music, two, more of the disc 11 story plays, and in it, has skeletons shooting, which is why skeletons killing other mobs, could drop disc 13, or 11. And with MissingNo. It was maybe not a mistake in the game. MissingNo. has at least 5 other sprites, going from the commom rectangular thing, to other pokémon skeletons
