I mean if such small and somewhat essential features are eating a significant portion of the battery I might just switch off the phone and never turn it on. The battery on iphones sucks ahhsss.

0:57 why are battery then built like that even ? why dont they just set the chemical reaction to max 90% and the battery icon shows 100%.. that would stop all this madness with charging till 90.. makes no sense... + the thing of leaving it 20-80% is just not making the battery better.. it does not depend on the cycles.. i have an iphone 11 with 81% capacity and battery better than the iphone 15 with 100%

I mean I set mine to 85% and with no charger at work I’m never concerned meanwhile my iPhone XR I had before would need to be charged at lunch and still couldn’t make it to the end of the day
