Aldi is on the cutting edge, but one lucrative avenue they have not yet cottoned on to is the 'Vertical Indoor Grown' range or VEG (vertical enclosed grown) - not pesticides, herbicides or fungicides, and much reduced water requirement and uses much less space - much healthier and safer food for your children and yourself. A little tip if the maple syrup is made just with maple then yes it's true but here is the thing it there are more ingredients in this maple syrup then no it is a lie and labels lie a lot so always look before buying on the back where it says ingredients .

Huh. And I always thought Trader Joe's was a more expensive Walmart, similar to Whole Foods. Knowing its an Aldi makes me happy there is one near Seattle. I think...its been a while since I went to one.

Our Aldi’s in Ohio, the produce & limited finds are rolled out on Sunday... but meat sales start on Wednesday’s... then personally I noticed they sometimes have meat 1/2 off on Fridays but could happen anytime...

Also from working at aldi the idea of getting money back in the original form of payment is wrong. If u have a receipt we give u cash and without it a giftcard. We do not refund to credit or debit or giftcards.

The discount bread is wrong. My store isn't allowed to mark down bread and we used to be able to mark down meat but now that is few and far in between.

With the pandemic many places including Aldi haven't been allowing you to bring your own bags in. Actually here in Illinois that is an emergency law or was, not sure if that's still the case. What I've been doing is leaving it all in the cart and bagging them at my car. Then of course return the cart to get that quarter back. Liked the video especially the tip that they'll give you a quarter of you don't have one. Very smart way to have people being their cart back and save on paying someone to do it. It wouldn't work as well at a large store like Target though so I don't think.

(Employee of aldi) that usually happens because 90% of the bread we get is frozen. Someone must've not taken care of the item properly. All bread at Aldi is apart of the twice as nice guarantee. Just bring it back with your receipt and exchange it for a different one as well as get money back. If it's possible, grab the bread from the bottom, as many grocery stores do, we rotate our items. Freshest is always on the bottom or back if rotated properly!

The one thing I found at Aldi's that I didn't think was very good at all was their bratwurst. It is not as good as the Walmart brand and certainly not as good as Johnsonville.
