The problem with the EZ Squirts wasn't because they kept releasing new colors, but because the food coloring they used actually affected the taste and made them nasty. As for Crystal Pepsi, I'm too young to remember the original run, but when they brought it back a couple years ago it actually tasted different than normal Pepsi and wasn't that bad.

I had the purple and blue ketchup once, it had the same effect that green eggs and ham have. Because of the color you think it tastes strange and unappealing, as a kid, it tasted exactly the same and was fun to play with and get everywhere. Purple was my favorite, blue was just weird honestly lol.

Oh my.
