Wow, perfect score! 9 out of 9. I sadly realise I think I've been in survival mode pretty much from the age of 6, when my parents effectively split up. Thanks a lot, I will be on my way to recovery.

See so. My kids at 17,13,11 and 4 and I am burnt all the way. There is no out. I wish someone had told me when the kids were young because now. Noone gives a damn and It's too late to fix. Good luck young mums. Because my light is gone. Snuffed out by everyone else's needs.

Oh dear, it is never too late. Anyone can change and if you decide to change the rest might just not have an option but to also change. Stay positive. I too am going through a lot but encourage you to not give up. Please don’t settle I will be praying for you. Trust me it is never too much someone is always going through more than us. 🙏🏼take care or yourself.

Single father Herr and I'm so burned out. I want to return the child back to her mother. I know the quality of life will go down but I need to think about me. I get no help from her dead beat mother

Can moms really come out and speak on behalf of dads about their experiences? I don't think they should.

if it resonates with you and you're a male there is nothing wrong with that. Resonated with me and I'm male, it's only a title

He's the one being sexist by bringing this up. She's a MOM and she shared HER experience, she probably wouldn't know what a stay at home dad feels
