Brad I bought your guide and it was a good read. It has a lot of good tips and tactics. But after reading it I realized I didn't want her back. Anyone that would put such a low value on our relationship after being together for 10 years that she would start talking to somebody else while we are married. Hi Brad, I love your video. I broke up with my ex last July(she broke up with me). I moved back in with her in September until December where we were intimate almost everyday. We got together again on my birthday last February. She then got very angry when she saw a video of me partying with a couple of girls (completely innocent, which I explained to her). Contact between us then became very frosty. When I told her I was seeing someone in March, she suddenly said she was also seeing someone. Her relationship has since accelerated very quickly. Hi Brad. Thanks for the video. Well I know my ex is pretending to be over me by not contacting me etc. We both work together which makes it even harder but my ex makes sure I can see that she is flirting with other male colleagues. I don’t retaliate, just leave her be. As I have been implementing the no contact rule, I went out with my cousin for her birthday, posted a selfie of us on social media and my ex saw it. Well that did not go down well. She said goodbye but I did see her on a dating app. When I said goodbye and I hope she finds her match on the dating site, she came up with so many excuses as to why she was on there. The messages went backwards and forwards for the next hour and then at 2am she went all strange and begged me to call her, which I did. The conversation was long but very direct and it turns out that in 6 wks time once I have left the business, she wants to talk. Let’s see what happens.

This really comes at no surprise to me at all. That kind of behaviour coming from your ex is somewhat expected after a fresh/recent breakup. That's why you ought to give it enough time where there's totally no contact between you and your ex for at least 30 days. A wide array of different emotions coming from an ex is somewhat expected when a breakup is still fresh and this includes the likelihood of your ex giving you mixed or weird signals. I am Italian, but I live in Cairo. After 16 months, he left me in april 2021 and we were going to marry. He dumped me few days before my bday and before my meeting with his family. He destroyed me. I cried and asked for his mercy 2 weeks but after I started NC . I am near 50 days of no contact. I stopped to see his social media as well, even if he blocked me. I never imagined he could leave me. Most of the time, a lot of people would move on, but a few would still fight for the relationship, so this all depends which side you're on and what your views are. Not sure why my ex still refuses to leave me alone after flaking twice and continues to play games. Left where she was interacting with and she won't leave me alone. I am at my last straw after 2 years of lying and her finding someone else and her saying that she wants to meet at other location she sometimes visits. I am not being her late night booty call supposedly, since after going to that location, she likely won't respond texts or calls to meet up, that when we hang out is turning into never at this point. People suck. When a new girl asks to go fishing at night, that's only going to be a booty call and not much else. Really sorry to hear that. If your ex has the "Grass is Greener" Syndrome, realize and accept that this is outside your control and really the best you can do is becoming the best version of yourself and vibrate higher, which means NOT taking less than what you deserve and not settling to just becoming an option, especially if this used to be a stable relationship between you two. She's likely taken you for granted, so you don't really need that in your life. Use the law of attraction. You deserve love and worth of love, so you can only attract love. If she goes away from it, then you repelled her and will most likely attract her back if she vibrates as high as you. Otherwise, be open to new people that's on your level. Be strong!

Quick question brad. I've been in no contact for 25 days. I remember that the day me and my ex broke up, she was upset, the next day she was angry at me, and 5 days later she called me for something weird that happened to her phone (apperently someone knew her ig and number and even location. Maybe she's hacked🤣🤣) and thinking it was me. She said that if it was me, i could just immediately text her anytime i want. We said goodbye, sorry, and thanks for the 1 year relationship and she end the call (me being a jerk, said i love you before she hang me up). The next day she blocked me. I'm just now stumbling upon your videos. we broke up because of my controlling tendencies, not wanting her to post to social media and the clothes she wears. she said that she had held in those feelings and didn't talk to me about it bc she didn't want to hurt me, keep in mind i had told her in the past that i do not want to control her but i asked her not to do those things because of how it made me feel. she said that she has been holding in the feelings for around eight months. i came to the realization that what i was doing was wrong on the things i did about a month ago, but to my fault never expressed this to her but planned to just tell her i was okay with that now if she ever asked again. the first day of the break and and just last night i had texted her a lot about how sorry i was, pleading for her to believe that i changed and to take me back. knowing now that was a mistake. i now do plan on doing your no contact for a month. she had told me though that she just needed to be free and didn't want to go bac to a relationship that would hurt her, she also said that i could've been her soulmate and her other half, that everywhere else i was perfect, but that controlling. she said that she needs time to heal and that maybe in the future i could talk to her and tell her how ive changed and that if she believes me that we maybe could end up starting to text more then maybe start again, but told me twice not to hold on to that "maybe". i just want to know if there is anything else i should try/do that could help me. i plan to go into a no contact for a month, following up on a text about a fond memory of us. then when i see her again in person a month and a half from now to talk to her about how i changed, so she really believes that i changed, because as of now, she doesn't think i could have changed how i felt about the controlling in a month. I'm very in love with this woman and she really is my other half. we have too much memories for me to let her go this easy.

Sorry, man, it's tough, I know, and she may or may not have narcissistic traits but chances are your girl has been at least emotionally cheating on you. Most of the time, a lot of people would move on, but a few would still fight for the relationship, so this all depends which side you're on and what your views are. After breakup, I canceled the utilities because they were in my name. She told me that because I canceled them she wouldn't be paying them. I paid $300 in utilities when I wasn't even in the apartment because the bills were in my name. You won't have to cover her share but you do need to communicate if you're transferring liability to her whether that concerns the bills, lease, etc. which you two share. That's why you ought to give it enough time where there's totally no contact between you and your ex for at least 30 days. Sorry to hear that. It must be really hard on you. Does he have any plans to share responsibility or did he basically just took off? Just try to make sure you maximize what you can within this 30-day period such as healing yourself, enjoying your own company, as well as spending time to see where it all went wrong, but only when you start to feel better, so be sure to take time to grieve first and feel the loss and cry all you want but then make an effort to pick yourself up first. Remember, you can't pick someone up (to be back in a relationship with you) if you're also feeling down yourself. Now is the time for self love. Hey Brad! I recently broke up with my ex because i cheated on him! When i told him the truth he said he can’t continue the relationship anymore and so i begged. The best thing to do right now is to admit to your ex that you've effed up and try to be patient and sympathetic with what your ex is going through and just disappear from your ex's life for a while, because right now, you are a constant reminder of the pain and your ex needs to heal from that first. And saying sorry is not gonna fix that right away, it takes time. By cheating, you're automatically putting the ball in your ex's court and have lost privilege to take your power back in all this. It's up to your ex now and how soon they can forgive you and move on from the incident, not necessarily from the relationship although some people do that. I'd still suggest to give the "no contact" rule a shot because that's still really your best bet, which will work in a sense where you BOTH will get to clear your mind to be in a better position to deal with each other when the time comes - instead of letting emotions overrule everything, risking things to get blown out of proportion even further. Sorry, but chances are your beau has been at least emotionally cheating on you. Most of the time, a lot of people would move on, but a few would still fight for the relationship, so this all depends which side you're on and what your views are. You both have to process the breakup first and go through all that pain and slowly let go of the bad memories...It is a process, but this is what the "no contact" rule is for, to help both of you move forward from that pain. A reconciliation with an ex means there will be a new (thus the old relationship be considered as over) relationship between you two where the lessons of the past are taken into consideration in order to resolve it to create a better relationship in the future.
