Don't get offended now, but your live digs show you dig in the wrong place. When you mark with your boot, you move the boot back an inch or two and put the shovel in the wrong place and your finds are in the further hole wall. The cause of clipping your finds. So dig a bit further away and you don't need to dig such big holes. Just trying to help.

It's ok. Those live digs are tough. I need a mounted go pro or something. In parks or churches I cut a nice plug, I don't care in the fields, lol

The first quarter signal , you miss it , if you watch it you can see that you miss the spot and then put your plug on top of it 🤷🏽‍♂️

You should be digging the center of the coil as the target. Not the back edge of the coil.
