I was always stuck on how are others feeling about my actions and never considered how I was feeling. Learned it the hard way that the only person who is gonna stick with you till end is the one in the mirror. Thank you for putting it in words.

YES! I love that way of thinking. It's hard to be vulnerable and while it's important to have good relationships with others, the best and most lasting relationship you'll ever have is definitely the one with yourself. Well said!

Love this!! I recently transformed my white board with inspirational quotes on it into a habit tracker. I wrote down all my good habits and bad habit and then track them through out the week. I like it because if I’m having a really good week it keeps me going but if I have like two unproductive days in a row I can physically see that and it allows me to change that behavior for those bad habits as well. I also made my habits into little symbols so it’s more fun to do rather then writing everything out!

That's such a great idea! I really like how with a habit tracker, you can see how consistent you are with habits in the long-term. I used to do that for my workouts to see what sorts of workouts I did, how long they were, etc... it was super satisfying to see how my workouts were more challenging and how much more active I became in the course of a year!
