I have to say that I was to a point where I wanted to give up singing because I just didn't have the direction and understanding to become better and learn how to overcome my problem areas. bending or squatting does sound crazy at first, but it definitely works. when I first had singing lessons, my teacher used to make me push the wall to hit the high notes. it was so weird to me at the time but well, it worked so who cares 😄

That's 💯 true when you squat or even use your hand/arms and put them down to think down to reach a note. It's all about thinking down, rather than thinking, omg! I have to reach this high note! That's what kills you
