Many years ago when I was a kid, my family was on vacation in Quebec. We stopped at a small local restaurant and they had escargot on the menu... My sister and I joked and asked our dad if we could order it... He proceeded to request it in the order. As we waited for the dish we worried because we knew our father would expect us to eat it... The snails were cooked in a garlic herb butter with melted mozzarella cheese on top. Simply said it was good... We ordered three servings... But also anything with mozzarella cheese in a garlic herb butter is going to be delicious... I have made the dish many times since at home.

@Mr. Foxo It's just the culture of Asia. Some animals are eaten alive because of the culture. You may say it's torture, I guess it is too, but i dont disrespect it tbh. Cooking lobster alive is equivalent of eating stuff alive too. Slaughtering animals by shooting it or slaughtering it by knife to the neck, is equivalent to killing it. Our cultures always have something to do with killing animals. I don't see why you're so racist.
