STEAMED UNICORN CONCH WITH VEGGIE AND COCONUT WATER: After taking the meat out of the hard shell, steam for 10 minutes. Slice it up and season with sugar, seasoning grains, MSG, fried garlic, pepper and ginger. Put it in a steaming pot with carrots, broccoli, baby corn and mushrooms. Pour in coconut water.
