I bought an orange purse this last fall & I absolutely love it! Orange is my favorite color though, so it makes sense for me to have an orange purse:) I painted my living room a very deep orange color last year & I honestly thought I’d get tired of it pretty quickly, but I haven’t. I like all classic prints: dots, stripes, checks, plaids, etc. I also love Baroque prints, which are based on vegetal motives, but are so classic and elegant; I wish I could find more of them. I do like some floral/foliage prints, but they can be tricky, they date quickly, too. My favorites are those with white backgrounds and shades of one color, like blues or greens. Pretty much everything classic is trending now, which I adore. My personal style is finally back in style! I love that people are again dressing in a more polished and elegant way, I never stopped. Certain styles, looks, details, etc., become classic because they always look great and work for everyone. I hated the fashion of the first 20 years of this century, or millennium; novelty, overt sexiness and outrageousness seemed to be the only things that mattered to designers. But really, “there is nothing new under the sun”, I’ve seen it all in 50 years of styling. Classics Forever!

I have freckles. So I can't do polka dots - they clash! But stripes are great on me. I'm loving the pop of orange on some people, while personally I think yield-sign yellow is better with my complexion. You have to filter trends to fit YOU! Denim on denim can be cute too, if you cut it with neutral accessories. Happy spring Anna!

I love the studded shoes and belts….well studded accessories in general. It reminds me of the Jeffrey Campbell loafers that used to be big. I still have my skulltini loafers. I am going to pull them out and wear them! Love the polka dot trend. I love denim too. I think a chambray shirt with a pair of white jeans is a classic look that can be worn with a modern twist.

A cropped trench looks unfinished, the idea of a belt in a cropped trench just looks out of proportion. But polka dots are ALWAYS a classic not really a trend. Just wear polka dots that are in proportion to your body frame, ie. height, weight. Giant polka dots on a tiny person just looks weird. I love the idea of denim shoes. And I love the Canadian tuxedo look, too with denim!! I LOVE the color orange!! Thanks for the micro trend video, Anna!

Will use my black sheer flower embroided skirt! It’s not sheer around the bum/butt area!!!😅 Looove polka dot! I think the idea is to create our own style so we don't look like we are trending. When I see a group of women who are all wearing similar items it does not seem that original. The short trench like others come and go. Mary Janes are back in all forms, Steve Madden has a chunky that is adorable. I have a Banana Republic belted blazer I wore in the 80s, still love it. EBay,ThredUP , thrifts and others have them. Please do what you can to reduce textile waste. What do you do with your clothing you no longer wear? Do you buy used?

I'm a polka dot girl myself ❤. My sister and I were discussing trying to find a color analysis service/person around here (although it does remind me of the movie Mermaids/the 90s haha) and she mentioned that people always compliment her when she wears orange....I was like whaaaat? You wear ORANGE? ew! 😂 I had written that color off as not for me, but maybe more people should give it a try, I don't know. Accessories might be a good place to start.

I believe Prada came out in new collections with similar skirt. One was mini and midi. I know the skirt you are talking about.
